There is a funny odor when entering the building. The employees are attentive. My order was not right on 2 occasions, a little disappointing especially for the prices charged for whip cream and topping. There was a gentleman who was so customer oriented that had waited on us his name was if we remember correctly Nicky? He is an asset to your establishment. The orders came out perfectly.

This place is kind of become a joke. First they stop allowing order a heads. When people complain they allow them but make everything in the app sold out. Now they’ve shut down the cafe for the last week and a half…. What’s going on here?

Although it's a bit too cold inside, it's physically comfortable and the staff doesn't bother you after you sit down. Ordering, whether via mobile app, at the counter, or from the drive through is quick, easy, and efficient. Generally very accommodating. Large leather chairs are my favorite.

In a 30 minutes time, an employee locked all the women bathrooms twice to have “privacy” ?!? What about the other people, clients for example?

Update: my sister still orders from Starbucks regularly and she told me they no longer shut off the mobile ahead.... However they do sell out everything on their app so that there is nothing to order unless you go inside..... whack... This place is just getting worse and worse... they create an app for people to use for mobile and ahead orders.... Then they constantly shut it off on the days when people need it the most! Why create the mobile up just to shut it off on the regular. We don't go at all when it's shut off, so loosing business on those days. I'm unsure who runs this shit show but you should figure it out because it's really a travesty, and you should do something about it. "Oh we shut it off" then why make an app at all? Why make it to not use it. It's really horse poop. I won't be back.

I would have given a three because I go here almost wkly and have had excellent experiences in the past. Today, terrible. I don’t think the customer service was lacking and the mgmt was rude. I attempted to place an order and if failed but it used 200 stars. I asked that they do something about it and I was told I would need to go to Starbucks and get them to give me the stars back..they couldn’t do anything about it. Um, why not just give good customer service and help someone out on the spot? In the end, the very rude mgr comped the drink but was extremely snarky about it. Why?
