10/10 would recommend shopping here and will forever be telling my people to do the same. I have been a frequent flyer (Atleast 2x a week) since becoming a member in January and every single employee there is so kind, helpful, empathetic, knowledgeable and just down to earth! Every single product I have purchased my dog absolutely loves and they alway give great advice! I love them so much that I literally refuse to get my dogs treats, toys, dog food, you name it anywhere else! The products and store are great but the people are even better!❤️

Very nice pet store and great private rooms to clean your dog, in a lot of other self serve dog wash facilities they provide items like rubber scrubbing brushes, combs, brushes, scented dog sprays for after bath which this location did not, however great place loaded with pet supplies and item for all your dog and cat needs, friendly staff and super clean. Very reasonable pricing

I am a HUGE fan of this store. I always get a warm welcome, thoughtful answers to any of my questions and support of my business! They only cary brands that are GOOD for your dog or cat. MMK9 supports this store over any other pet store in the area.

Manager is rude and refuses to take a suggestion on improving facility safety for their patrons. I requested to speak to the owner regarding my concern and was verbally attacked. We use the self-wash station frequently at this facility, but was black-listed by manager after expressing concern that would be a significant liability to the owner.

I called ahead to ask about food options for an aging cat. The employee looked up nutritional analysis of several brands compared to my usual and the cat's needs. It felt much better than just trying to sell me a famous name or "bestseller." I appreciate the employee's sincere effort to get the right food for the cat.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the rest of the store is mostly centered around dogs, not much for cat items. I'm sure you'll be happy if shopping for dogs!

Eric is a wealth of knowledge with healthy pet food options. Fairly priced as well. He also had great knowledge of the area and helped me find a fun place for my dogs to run.

Super Dogs & Cats is my dog's favorite place to visit in Biddeford. Every time we walk in, he is greeted by name (Benjamin)- very friendly staff. He knows they have his favorites- meat sticks and smoked cow ears :) The self-wash is awesome! Reasonably priced ($18, I believe), with a "buy 9 washes, get the 10th wash free" card. It is also very convenient, and there are several different shampoos and conditioners all ready for you to choose from. Walk in with a stinky dog, and leave with them feeling fresh. There are also at least two wash rooms there and I have never had to wait. I recommend Super Dogs to all of my local dog friends and family!

they have so much stella food! So grateful to have a local shop on the Biddeford strip that carries so many different products. They have so many deals as well so definitely pop in and see what you can get some coupons for.
