I never write reviews, ever. But the rude attitude I get from the pharmacy TEAM every single month is disgusting. They have zero customer service skills. I asked the pharmacist what the scarily said exactly as there was a supposed issue… (that was false, I think she’s new) the pharmacist quite literally dumbed it down for me. Talked to me like I was slow. (Again, she was wrong) I’ve never been talked to by anyone like she spoke to me. A word of advice- hailey, we are all human and ADULTS and I pray you get some relief because your stress is showing.

Unprofessional, uncaring, and incompetent pharmacy staff at every walgreens in the area. RiteAid was 100% better

I just received my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. The store and pharmacy were very neat and clean, and the staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend this store location.

I scheduled an appointment for 9AM COVID-19 test. You're not suppose to go in the store, you're suppose to wait in your car, with the window rolled up, and they want you there 5 minutes ahead of time. The signs outside are suppose to direct you. The only sign they showed was for pharmacy outback. The pharmacy doesn't open until 9AM. I finally had to go inside to talk to the lady at the front counter. I told her I was there for a 9AM COVID test, she said I should not come in the store, but wait for a pharmacy employee outback. When I got outback and waited, they looked at me through their window, as if they had no idea what planet they were on. I finally got fed up with their lack of customer service, and went to ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care in Scarborough. It was cheaper, and I got excellent customer service. If Walgreens in Biddeford was worried about me coming into the store, they never have to worry about that again!

The old Rite Aid at Five Points in Biddeford is now a Walgreens. Honestly, not much has changed other than the usual thing of moving everything around so that you have to search the entire store to find what you're looking for. But even if it was still a Rite-Aid, they liked to rearrange the place every few years just to keep the customers guessing. It's still the same people in the pharmacy and that's what brings me to the store.
