Customer service was very poor this visit. I have been coming for years and made many purchases. When the store is empty and need to ask for help more than once is very disappointing.

I was insistent on a bracelet size that was actually too small for me. I called to ask if I could exchange and it was no problem! The two ladies at the counter were very helpful and kind. Will return in the future for more purchases for sure!

I bought my original Maine bracelet here over 10yrs ago. Sadly I lost it. I came up to Maine for a week last August to visit Bar Harbor and we took a day to drive down to Boothbay. To my delight they had plenty of Maine bracelets to choose from. It has been on my wrist since the day I bought it and still looks bran new. Hopefully I'll be able to visit again soon.

Poor quality, very dissatisfied bought this wore them for a few hours and one earring changed color at $58 this shouldn’t be occurring.

I bought my original Maine bracelet here over 10yrs ago. Sadly I lost it. I came up to Maine for a week last August to visit Bar Harbor and we took a day to drive down to Boothbay. To my delight they had plenty of Maine bracelets to choose from. It has been on my wrist since the day I bought it and still looks bran new. Hopefully I'll be able to visit again soon.

Amazingly nice experience. The Lady behind the counter was so kind and considered. I came in last minute, she still took the time for me to pick the best item suiting me. Easy transaction. Totally recommended

My fiancee and I visited 3 years ago and on vacation and bought sterling silver slider rings that we both still have . We returned to Boothbay for a Play at the Carousel last week and decided to revisit A Silver Lining. We purchased 2 more slider rings for ourselves. Wonderful jewelry as well as the employees. Highly recommend

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, beautiful selection of silver jewelry. I just went in to get a watch battery and was so impressed by the jewelry on display. I did not have time to shop that day but I will be back! Highly recommend.

This is my favorite kind of jewelry shop: tons of inventory with a wide range of price points. The shop itself produces some stunning pieces that are well priced and really are wearable art. They also have lower cost items (all still very well constructed) — I bought a few $15 - $20 sterling charms for a bracelet (and they have Pandora converters, if that’s you’re speed). The folks behind the counter completed my order quickly, and seemed to manage the busy crowd of shoppers well. I will definitely be back when I’m next in that part of Maine!
