tried to refinance my car with them but even after 4 weeks they couldnt even put my application on processing which clearly shows that they are not capable of it. Having said that people who are working here are super nice and friendly so i appreciate that at least.

Joined a credit union after banking here.The people are for the most part ok. I do not use banks and there is no reason to that I can see.
