Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens offers a fantastic experience both in summer and for the winter Gardens Aglow event. The Aglow lights are described as a magical and amazing winter wonderland, with many unique designs creating an enchanted evening. During summer, there are many trails to walk that lead to little secret gems and the water. The customer service is noted as exceptionally helpful, professional, and kind. It is highly recommended to buy tickets well in advance, especially for busy Saturdays. The experience is consistently considered worth it, with many visitors planning to return.
Very busy, but what a fantastic garden. Expansive and spread out, over 300 acres! Definitely worth going! I’d get a membership if I lived here so I could see plants in bloom at different times. The trolls are whimsical and the fairy garden was a super cute addition. Buy tickets in advance to save some $ at the door.
