Great little spot if you are looking to check Maine off your list. Most courses in Maine, seem to be pay for play, but this one at least felt like the money was going somewhere. There was a small store as well on the property, though closed when I was there, that was a nice added touch. The holes were also unique, and the course was not overly confusing to follow. Two porta johns at entrance, and there was another on the course, which is rare.

I've always loved playing disk golf there but now with the amazing food... eat there take it with you play disk or not. Will be back for sure..

For our first time disc golfing- it was perfect and so pleasurable! The course was clean with lots of trash and recyclable receptacles, and the owner gave us tips given it was our first time..

We kept hearing about the food, decided to find Ackers Acres- and so glad I did! The Gyro was amazing! Fresh, perfect and filling. Will be back to try the rest of the menu and check out the disc golf :) Thank you!

4.5 stars. Awesome place, some overlap while traveling through the course, which isn't ideal. Overall excellent place to play.

Great course, great people, and did I mention the food!!?? OMG. We had our first meal here with the family this weekend and I honestly never have had such an amazing meal experience in my life. I had the pastrami sandwich and even if you hated pastrami you’d love this sandwich. We also had the steak and cheese and salads, Everything was great and we will be back just for food! Honestly can’t give enough stars! 10/10
