“There is nothing I despise more, other than getting an audit from the IRS, then buying a car from a car lot. However, I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised and I had a very enjoyable Purchasing experience with Downeast Toyota this last week. I was able to negotiate my purchase and get exactly what I wanted all through text. I was able to do the quick application online and got a call back within minutes with an offer. I was able Make a down payment online and then go in and sign a couple of quick papers that took no more than 15 minutes. The online portion just took maybe two hours altogether. I was able to Pick up my car and leave. They had my car ready for me, including the equipment that I had purchased extra. They had it already installed. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. We have to buy one more vehicle before we retire and this is exactly where we will buy it. No questions asked. We won’t even browse anywhere else.This is it. Thank you to Rachel and Crystal and Alex And Don for making our experience so wonderful. I really mean that. I have bought many many cars over the years and never have I been able to say that. It was also the most honest buying experience we have ever had. Thank you all ❤️”

“The work done on my car was fantastic. I have 2 complaints,
1) underestimating how long the repair will take. I was told a week when first looked at my car. Took 2 weeks and 1 day
2) Communication wasn't great when asking when the car would be ready.
I would still highly recommend J.C. Autobody but would let them know it takes longer than stated”
“Hyundai Service Dept - If I could give six stars to the service team, I would. This morning I had a my Santa Fe brought it due to a flat tire. My expectations were low since I did not have an appointment. Ray took the time to look at my file and noticed I had an upcoming appt for snow tires to be installed. He offered to fix my tire and exchange the snow tire. He offered no promises when It would be done but I received a call before noon that work was all complete. That was just great. Ray, Chris, and Corey are always professional, informed, and willing to do what is necessary for excellent customer service. Thank you gentlemen.”

“I had an appointment at 9:30 AM for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. During the inspection, they discovered that my brakes needed to be replaced. They were able to take care of everything on the spot, and I was completely done by 10:30 AM!
Both the manager and the technician were friendly, professional, and absolutely amazing to work with. I really appreciated how efficient they were and how clearly they explained everything.

“To say my experience buying a vehicle at Varneys was extraordinary, would be an understatement. I showed up with a general idea of what I wanted but had no intent of buying a vehicle that day and probably wouldn’t happen for another few months, just wanted to come try out an suv and see if it was really what I wanted. Got set up with Steve Neal, got a value on my trade in that I couldn’t turn down and started the financing on a new SUV. Steve was absolutely phenomenal to work with, along with the gentleman in the finance department that got me approved and helped me with all the paperwork. I walked into Varneys at 3:15pm and had the keys in hand by 4:30pm. Under an hour and a half!! The fastest I have ever been in and out of a dealership before. Also, a huge thank you to Tim Verrill and the whole service department for doing such great work on my vehicle with some upgrades.
