I recently saved $5 because an item was priced incorrectly. I didn't expect them to honor the incorrect price but they did. My online orders are always ready when I arrive. Yes, it's expensive but what isn't these days.

I ordered and paid for wood pellets from the website to be picked up at the store the same day. Chuck called me within 5 minutes of placing the order to say the website wasn’t accurate and they didn’t actually have that kind in stock.
He suggested another comparable product and canceled my first order. I placed a new order and received a text that it was ready for pick up in less than 30 minutes.
I’m always impressed with the knowledgeable and courteous service at Aubuchon. ?

Order was promised for Wednesday delivery. Local store said no deliveries are made on Wednesdays. We had to cancel the plummer.

I order my gardening supplies online and hubby picks them up! Works like a charm...and I'm assured of getting the right thing!? They always have Promix which is my favorite potting soil and sometimes hard to find elsewhere. Plus, I get coupon offers frequently!

This store has decent products, but their customer service has declined in recent years. They've never had a huge staff, but they used to always make sure someone was near the checkout. The last few times I've been there, I've had significant wait times for someone to show up to take my money. My most recent visit was so miserable that I told them I'm taking my business elsewhere. I don't know how other people are getting such awesome service, because it's been terrible for me.

I have been a regular customer at this Aubuchon Hardware store for twenty years, but in the last 8 months, their customer service has gone in the toilet. They never have enough employees working to answer customer questions and keep the cashier station supplied, so customers frequently stand for several minutes with no one in sight waiting to check out and be on their way. If we dare to call out for assistance, we are spoken to rudely by the employees present. This has happened to me three times.
The system being used at this hardware store has cost them this customer. I'll got to big box stores before I go back there. Previous management knew how to treat customers and manage the store well even without large numbers of staff. It's sad that the current management has no skills for doing that. For a store that advertises itself as having excellent customer service, their failures speak louder than their website. No one should shop their and be treated as poorly as I was.
