“There is nothing I despise more, other than getting an audit from the IRS, then buying a car from a car lot. However, I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised and I had a very enjoyable Purchasing experience with Downeast Toyota this last week. I was able to negotiate my purchase and get exactly what I wanted all through text. I was able to do the quick application online and got a call back within minutes with an offer. I was able Make a down payment online and then go in and sign a couple of quick papers that took no more than 15 minutes. The online portion just took maybe two hours altogether. I was able to Pick up my car and leave. They had my car ready for me, including the equipment that I had purchased extra. They had it already installed. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. We have to buy one more vehicle before we retire and this is exactly where we will buy it. No questions asked. “I arrived at 8am for my appointment. I was greeted at the door by both of the guys that were working. Both were very nice and welcoming. My inspection took about 20-30 minutes. They seemed to be very thorough w the inspection. The hardest part with vehicles I feel like is finding honest people to work on them and I’ve had a really good first impression here. Walker’s is also the cleanest garage and office space I’ve ever been to when doing anything automobile related. Great waiting area as well. Kid friendly as well. Already booked my next appt.”
