“The company I represent is located in Virginia. I needed a miracle for a project to be completed in Bangor, ME.I was able to find this company based on a Google search. The lovely woman in the office pulled some strings to get someone to survey the location to be sure they could commit to this job.After multiple phone calls and exchanging information with Nick, it was determined that we would not be able to move forward with this project.However, the customer service and willingness to accommodate my job on such short notice does not go unnoticed. “My experience with this business was extremely pleasant. I called to verify they could help me and they were able to fit me into their schedule in the same day. Originally it was going to be a couple weeks until the window could be fixed, however they were able to come through on the same day! I was ecstatic.
