Went in today to have gel fill nails and to fix 2 nail. The man doing my nails was trying to remove part of the layer of gel fill, took a nail clipper and literally clipped right into my nail bed. !! I left and then came back wanting the managers name to make a complaint. I will never go there again .

I have been here twice and they have been amazing! My nails are not thick, they look natural. They have been so nice. I would definitely recommend them 100%.
I'm not big on talking, I love to just watch the art appear on my nails and they definitely focus on the appearance of the nail and what they are doing. I appreciate that they ask me if I'm okay with the length and the look of the nail.
I will be back again and again.
I can't thank them enough!

Don’t bother making an appointment. If I could leave NO STARS, I would. A friend and I made appointments to have pedicures, TOGETHER. After waiting outside the salon entry for 20 minutes past our appointment start time we were walked in. No big deal at this point. After being seated to soak our feet for 10 minutes or so, a lady walks In yelling that she ‘called 5 times on her way in and could reach anyone on the phone.’ Demanded to be taken in the next 5 minutes. One pedicure was started and an employee came over asking if one of us could wait. We said we were sorry, we had someone waiting on us and needed to be done together, as we had made appointments to be done together. STILL, she was taken in front of one of us after one pedicure had already been started. We were already started late, to begin with. After waiting another 20 minutes for the second pedicure to even start she came over and said she just had to finish the woman’s nail art. Left to soak in a foot bath for over half an hour, my friend said no thank you. We were here to have this done together, TOLD YOU we had someone waiting and walked out. Don’t bother making an appointment here. Just go in and scream that you called 5 times in your way in and they better take you in the next 5 minutes. That is apparently how ‘appointments’ work here.

Have always had great service. Went above and beyond when I received a less than satisfactory manicure at a different place by essentially redoing the acrylic and shaping my nails the way I had wanted. Thanks again!

Sent my Fiance for a 10:15 appointment, wasn’t seated until 10:30, and was given rude pushback about needing to call and plan better? Was told she needs to be careful in the nail drier? It’s probably her 150th time receiving nails in 10 years and have never had such a rude nail tech. Thank you Kim, I’ll make sure to send my money elsewhere or just wait for Anne next time.

I’m a stylist and have my nails done by many. Don is the only one who has kept them on without breaking. If your hands are in water a lot, Don is your guy!

Outstanding service and results!! If I could award a 100/5 I totally would! I travel for work and have seen many different salons both around Maine and in out-of-state areas, and these ladies surpassed all expectations. I walked in with gel on my hands and feet, requesting a mani/pedi combo. The gal working on my feet was gentle, but effective and the massage portion was simply amazing, using hot stones, warm wraps, and such. My hands were equally as pampered and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The French style nails were painted with precision and are perfectly symmetrical both on my hands and feet. Absolutely a 5/5 stars! Don't be fooled by their location...this is a hidden gem of the Bangor/Brewer area.

The worst nails ever! Who pays for nails that are shorter than their fingers.. he cut all the growth and made them super short. Waste in money and time. We will not be back.

Paid $60 for a french tip fill! The girl was rude, and cut my fingers multiple times. I asked her why the price was so much, as i had been there two weeks prior and it was only $50 for a full set (including the $5 tip i left). And she told me I was wrong, but couldn’t tell me why it was so much.
