“The RockandArt Shop is such a vibrant place, whether you visit their Bangor, Ellsworth, or Bar Harbor locations, you’ll find a beautifully curated mix of local art, plants, unique gifts, and curiosities. The Bangor location is especially fun during the First Friday Art Walks, where they always showcase a fantastic range of collective work. It’s clear they’re deeply committed to supporting local artists and building community around creativity. The current show by Randi Watson is especially worth a visit. Her art is thoughtful, surrealist, and full of layered emotion.”
“We are visiting from Colorado and found One Lupine. I got yarn that was dyed in the basement as well as The Anther sweater pattern from the local designer Bristol Ivy. This is a must if you are traveling through Bangor!”

You can tell it’s built with care-everything from the locally sourced gifts to the warm atmosphere reflects how much heart has gone into it. Thoughtfully selected items line the shelves, making it easy to find something special without feeling overwhelmed.
