A1 service!!! Was in a pinch down from Canada, when everyone else was overbooked they squeezed me in and back on the road within a half hour. 10/10 highly recommend

I went to Replace my rear calipers and get a quote for a sweet new exhaust and inspection sticker. They installed everything and I picked it up. My wheel fell off not 500 feet away from the shop. After they tried to screw my fender back together, they just put my wheel back on and sent me on my way with $50. But then had a major wobble in the wheel so I brought it to a tire shop and was told the wheel is damaged and I couldn’t leave without buying a new one. Once I return to Jim’s auto to be reimbursed, Jim freaked out. Went into my car, scraped off the inspection sticker and said my car isn’t inspectable anymore because of the exhaust that’s installed. (Yes, the one they just installed. He’s denying that they put it on.) You can even see in the picture that it was installed when the wheel fell off on their road. I do not recommend going here.

While in the Brewer area 2 hours away from home my muffler hangers broke and my muffler was nearly dragging on the ground. I called the garage and they got me in right away and had me back on the road in a few minutes. They really saved the day for me. Very kind & friendly people. I would highly recommend them.Service: Exhaust

They are wonderful people, great, friendly. Very knowledgeable.
