I purchased a car from Lee in June 2024. Three months later I was experiencing issues with the car overheating. After getting it looked at it was discovered the radiator was leaking coolant. I went back to Lee to see if there was something they could do to help since I hadn’t had the car for very long. I was just barely outside of my warranty, and didn’t think they would be able to do too much. They immediately jumped into action to do anything and everything to help me. I had my daughter with me, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy while working to get everything figured out. They set me up with a rental car, fixed my car (without anything costing me a dime), and gave the best customer service I have ever received! Thank you so much to everyone at Lee credit! From purchasing the car to the care I received after I am a very happy customer! I absolutely recommend Lee Credit and I know where I am going when it’s time again to purchase.

We worked with Jacob Amber, and he was so wonderful. Helped us get the perfect vehicle, helped streamline the paperwork and we were able to take home the car we wanted so much! Cannot thank them enough, and if you get a chance, Jacob is the one to talk to! ???

Lee's is an awesome place to go they are very polite very respectful very patient and they do what it takes to help their customers and help them to leave happy and satisfied they find ways to help find a car that fits your budget and won't break your wallet they are awesome at working hard and achieving what the customer wants I love Lee's so far best place to get a vehicle if anyone wants or needs a vehicle go see Chrissy Massey she sat with us and worked through everything with us.

great people that really go beyond their job to get best loan and the best car to fit your wallet and they work hard to get what you want and they will not stop until the customer is satisfied. if you go to the one in brewer go see Christine Massey she was amazing.

We bought a 2011 kia rio 1& 1/2 years ago with 105, xxx miles. After the first week of owning it, we have had it in the ship more times than we have had it in our possession. It had some gaskets replaced at 114,xxx miles and several times they have replaced the coils. That was the first month of owner ship. After that it all went down hill, the ecm computer has been replaced twice and it sat at the garage for a month because five master technicians and a specialist from kia are stumped by this car. A bunch of test including unplugging and plugging and a wire wiggle test shows there is something funky with the wire harness. Nothing but problems... Lee credit won't do anything about it unless we put money down for another car... I believe in customer satisfaction and lee credit is not the place for that.....

We love our car. Had a minor issue with a tire pressure gauge and they got it right in and had it fixed in an hour. Chrissy was awesome during the buying process. Very helpful since as well. They still care, even after you pay.
