Went in for 6/4 SOOW wire last night. Guy gave me 10/4. Today my wife returned it. They gave her 6/3 SOOW instead of 6/4 and charged our card $119. She went right back in to return it AGAIN and they cannot find the 6/4 wire anywhere.
So now my bank account is charged another $119 with no refund for the first or second purchase and we have NO WIRE. They tell my wife it may take a day or two for the refund. It's 4th of July weekend so it'll be next week until I actually get my money back.
This is completely unacceptable.

I phoned Lowe’s. I will never make that mistake again. Try talking to a human being is nearly impossible. OK. Never say never, but try talking to someone who can tell you about windows. Good luck.

Ordered online for curbside pick up. Arrived checked in and only waited about 5 minutes before they came out with my purchase. The associate was super helpful in getting everything in my car. Decided to grab a couple of bushes while there. Prices were great for the size of the plant I got.
