They have what we need for our dog and our cats! I love the rewards program for building up coupons and for a free product after multiple purchases on some brands. Great, attentive customer service 👏 prices are equal to competitors (some are even lower). Support small, support local!

JoAnn is absolutely amazing. I’ve been to plenty of stores that don’t help me whatsoever, but JoAnn took her time to listen about my diabetic cat and thoroughly helped me pick a whole new diet for her. My animals love her suggestions and I will never change back from raw food after this. Really great place and attentive, friendly workers. Thank you JoAnn!

Went in to give my pooch a much needed bath at the self serve dog wash in the back of the store. This is one of the smaller locations for Loyal Biscuit, but the one tub had everything I needed. Their store is well stocked, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Their dog wash is first come, first served, no reservations, so make sure to give them a call so you won't have to wait. It's a convenient location next to Hannafords, so the wife kept busy while I did the dirty deed. There's even a Dunkin Donuts across the street if someone else needs to keep occupied. We were in and out in 30 minutes.

I've been going there since I moved to Maine and today when me and nibbles went for her nail trim, the woman who does her nails asked why she lost so much weight. I had explained the situation she donated to me a very special bag of natural food for my little girl to eat. Which is really awesome cuz things are tight right now and I might have to put her down very soon and she's about to turn 18 so she's no young puppy butt she really enjoys that food I just wanted to let that be known thank you very much

We visited this store to use thier Dog Wash while traveling. Wonderful deep tub setup, great water pressure, quality shampoo products, towels, apron and dryer with adjustable heat. Great food, accessory selection and toys. Henry loves his new squeaky Maine Lobster toy! Knowledgeable and friendly staff too!

They have a self service dog wash. One dogs $16 and 2 dogs are $22. They provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, brushes. The staff were friendly and helpful.
