I had an appointment at 9:30 AM for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. During the inspection, they discovered that my brakes needed to be replaced. They were able to take care of everything on the spot, and I was completely done by 10:30 AM!
Both the manager and the technician were friendly, professional, and absolutely amazing to work with. I really appreciated how efficient they were and how clearly they explained everything.
Highly recommend—great service and even better people!

Called to have a Wheel bearing replaced. They had my car in the air within an hour. VIP wanted 800-1220$. These guys got it done for 600$ Can't thank them enough. Great service and very easy to work with.

Made an appointment for an inspection and oil change. Love the free inspection option and was main reason I chose them to do oil change at same time. No prices listed. After oil change I was charged $70.00. There was no service sheet. No indication of amount of oil used, filter used, mileage check in and out. Some information on sticker on windshield. Service person said they don't do service sheets and break downs for oil changes. Cost is more than double to nearby locations for oil changes. Seems like they pad their costs. Far from affordable for one of the standard mainenances on vehicles.

Very nice place to bring your vehicle for service. They also do state inspections and can repair your vehicle to pass.

One of the worst places my son has been to for a inspection sticker they said his truck needed front brakes that he had done last year so we changed his front rotors and pads and and a new caliper he brought it back the next day and the guy wouldn't do the inspection after a worker told my son to bring it back in the morning the owner was quite rude to my son and my son said he looked like he was on meth or something very unprofessional tell your friends that the place is so bad my son will never go back

Fantastic family business that has very fast service and quick appointment times. The price is probably the best around they won't screw u around or overcharge you. Would recommend to anyone who is sick of mechanics that want you to replace everything every service

My experience was lousy. I have a classic vehicle. When I went into the shop for my appointment which I scheduled a week ago. I was told that I would wait an HOUR to get my inspection. This annoyed me and I asked why they made an appointment they weren't honoring. The manager got huffy and said and I quote " I can't control my parts delivery!" I said find a new parts store. So I said I'd wait and asked if I could drive my car in because the interior is immaculate. He said no, and proceeded to tell me he had an $80000 truck. That didn't make any difference to me that he would allow dirty technicians into his vehicle. That's not my concern. My concern is my vehicle. So in The end I walked out. Then I went across the street to VIP the sales staff were courteous and the mechanic put a plastic bag on my seat top to bottom and a mat on the door. They treated my car with the respect I wanted. They took my car in in five minutes. My car passed inspection and I was able to inspect the underside of my vehicle. They answered all my questions and I'll be going back there for all my services from now on. Don't use Morrel brakes if you value your vehicle. Go across the street to VIP and be treated with courtesy and respect for your vehicle.
