Came to a walk in appointment and they tried to divert me to another clinic. Originally the reason I came to this particular walk in clinic is because the one in Bangor had closed down, leading only to this one due to the distance. I have been waiting in the waiting since 10 am after being told that I only have 3 people ahead of me. It is now 2 hours later and I haven’t gotten seen and is still waiting in the waiting room. My I add that I also been a cna for over 10 years so I know this isn’t right and I will be reposting this to the state.

I went walk in care. Facility always appears nice and clean, alot of waiting room space to spread out. They even have beeper devices that you can take outside, they alarm when it is your turn. They people are always kind and understanding as much as possible. I will always go here. My kids are happy with it too.

The people are usually nice enough (not the same as always able to help!), but the facility is filthy. It's disgusting. Even the ceiling is stained with charcoal gray residue from the air flowing bear it (look at the tiles near ductwork and vents). Wear thick-soled shoes; there's often a lake of urine on the bathroom floors.

I have been a patient for over 10 years, my Doctor left I was assigned a New Provider.... Let's just say i am not staying with PCHC.

I want to give a shout-out of praise to the staff at Brewer PCHC! Recently, I've been very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, diligence and respectful attitudes of the staff. My Nurse Practitioner, Alexis McCrossin, is excellent. Competent, thorough, knowledgeable, great attitude, really cares about the patient as a human being; an attribute not always common. I've also been very pleased with the support staff and the way they've hustled to communicate and do everything they can to offer me the best service possible. I am really glad I have found these great people and really have no use for other area hospitals and clinics

The staff is very nice, but I cannot remember a time when I had an appointment that I still did not have to wait at least 15 minutes. Even for lab work.

i literally sat in their waiting room for 5 hours in the middle of flu season,the excuse was that there was only one doctor in but the other would be here at 1 it is currently 2:17pm i’ve been here since 10:30 am HORRIBLE

Went for walk in care in the afternoon. Was checked in, had tests, saw a PA and picked up my prescription all within an hour. Great service and very nice!

Only gone here to see doctor moin and she is very condescending and her assistant is rude. Just called to make a follow up and they kept asking me what I wanted them to do in regards to my pain like I went to medical school.

I cannot express enough how amazing I was treated. Always being kept up to date on my progress to see a provider, friendly and helpful staff. If you ever need to go somewhere, outside of an emergency room, this is the place to go!

I have always had the best experiences with all of the staff here. They definitely have your best interest in mind and help you every step of the way. They make sure you are comfortable and as relaxed as possible. Also very patient with you during your visit.

I have always had a good e experience here, the staff is nice and You get seen in the order you come in! Cheers.. th I s is My go to for walk in care, very lofty waiting room, super clean bathrooms. .. very noticeable lack of handouts and coffee bar ( free)

I’ve been going here for a few months and I’m really surprised so many people are so upset about this place. I haven’t had any issues at all. The staff I deal with are great and friendly and I’ve never had any scheduling issues ??♂️ I wouldn’t go there for stitches or a broken leg or for pain Managment...but they’ve got some great people there for lots of other things.

Very old and antiquated practices, disrespectful, condescending, and downright wrong in so many ways. And after putting in a complaint and absolutely nothing happening, Me and a few others I’ve gathered throughout my research are putting together a news report/lawsuit for discrimination, overcharging, and malpractice. A few former nurse practitioners are also joining us to talk about there experience and how they were charged with too many patients, were told to rush through patients, bring excessive amounts of work home to where and more. So if you have any complaints or would like to be a part of this in an attempt to change the way providers care for there patience please do not hesitate to get ahold of me. We’re working on a website as well. The more the better, patience should be cared for and respected.
