Horrible customer service, they forget you as a customer. Terrible internet itself, pay for 100mbps, no consistency, loose internet connection constantly...wish spectrum was available.

Customer for over 4 years. Tremendous customer service. Every representative and technician has been amazing during outages, both on-site and on the phone. High speed internet w/o issue other than weather-related service disruptions. Amazingly patient, considerate and helpful employees.

I have emailed twice since 11:30am today 12/20/2023 as to why I have no internet again. I have been with them since May and been out at least once a month and this past month been out 3 times. Terrible don't use them!!! Still waiting for an answer!!!

Wish I could rate them lower. God awful speeds, nowhere near what's advertised. Some days, the Internet won't even work at all. Feels like dialup.Polite, but unhelpful and clearly uneducated customer support when you call in. You'd think they would at least hire people who know the field, but these folks are clueless.This pitiful company is likely only being kept in business by their contracts with apartments where tenants are given no other options for service providers. What a nightmare.

This doesn't apply to all of the employees (I hope) but I had an awful experience with a certain woman when I called to temporarily suspend my service (which I have never had any issues prior).. I had my own crisis situation going on on my end and she was extremely rude, hung up on me TWICE after I called back from being hung up on the first time. That experience was enough to cease service with them and go with another company... Which was also $10 cheaper for faster speeds even. Their prices are average I would say.. and if you don't need to contact them, then the company as far as fiber internet providers are concerned, is alright... Ish..

I am paying about $100/monthly for “fiber” internet. I work remotely and I have issues EVERY DAY with the signal. This weekend we have had no internet and what recourse do we have? None. Because they don’t have support on weekends. I’m trying to prep for next week’s work, my whole family is home, and we’re having to use our cellular service which is limited and very expensive. This is the worst experience I’ve had with an internet service providerIn my life and if there were another option up here I would absolutely cancel account. I don’t even know why I am paying for service that works 1/3 of the time on a good day. Nothing fiber about this service.

This company is below subpar, they can't maintain a stable connection, and don't provide the speeds they claim. If you have any other choice, I implore you to choose elsewhere. Also good luck getting it fixed through them, they'll just give you a new router and leave, or even worse make you pay for it. Please, do not use this company.

Ten plus years I have been a customer had no issues till I switched to DSL and the cheap modems go out 2 to 3 times a year the service guy left spares because he works two days a week..well as usual it went out over the weekend and the tech guy was acting like i am bothering him by calling him and proceed to tell me its my fault and I am paying 130 dollars for a new one...go anywherebut premium choice worst cutomer svc period

When we first got it, it wasn’t that bad but since the tower was moved, it’s become absolute garbage and since the storm a few days ago, the wifi has been down ever since. My devices don’t connect 95% of the time even if I’m directly by the router even when it does work. I’ve used dial up that was faster than this.Will be switching providers as soon as high speed internet becomes available in my area.

Premium Choice Broadband brought fiber optic internet service to my little rural town of Hudson, Maine, and it is outstanding. I cannot overstate how over the moon we are with this service. For 20 years we struggled to find good, solid internet service, and now we have it. Love it and highly recommend this company.

Best thing I ever did was switch my internet to Premium Choice Broadband. I had an issue over the past week with my router. Corey from tech support was amazing! Knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I received a new router same day. Upped my security and installed an extender as per his suggestion. Who says internet is bad in rural Maine??!!! Blazing speed in both uploads and downloads. The lady at Varney’s in Dover Foxcroft…thank you. Extremely courteous!

We made the switch to Premium because they were the only company in town offering the new Fiber Optic internet.Don’t make this mistake.From the get-go, there’s been nothing but issue after issue. The technicians came to install the new service & were specifically told not to unplug any of our ethernet devices from our network switches, as we planned to switch them over during our down time. They unplugged every single cable, causing Catastrophic Event #1 during our busy lunch hour when everything went down including registers, phones, pinpads, kitchen printers.After hours on the phone with our tech companies getting all our equipment back operating, we tried to get a Static IP address set up through Premium, only to be told we would have to hire our own IT company to install it on THIER router? Never had this happen with any other internet company…but okay.We then tried to call Premium to get this situated at 8am, called a dozen times over a few hours. At 12pm that day they finally decided to answer so I guess they don’t go by their business hours.To top it all off, their service conveniently went down all over town during our busy dinner rush causing Catastrophic Event #2.Our service is now cancelled. On their website they have a section titled “Maine businesses that trust us” and as you can see that list is very short. Make the right choice, and don’t ever sign up with this “internet” company.
