“The staff at RH foster are extremely helpful and friendly. My experience with them is always easy and stress free. I have lost my debit card multiple times lately and it's hard to keep track of what auto-pay accounts I need to fix without them being shut off. RH foster credit department calls me to let me know, and will take my new card information over the phone. I never have to stress about my heat at home Vs other utility suppliers that would just shut my service off or tell me to go find out online how to re set up autopay- which is difficult for me. Thanks guys!”

“I want to say that CN Brown went above and beyond in customer service. I forgot to check my tank and when I did we were on empty. I called them to see about a delivery for the following Monday (that's when they deliver to Hermon.) Unfortunately, I forgot that Monday was Memorial day and they wouldn't be delivering to our area on that day. But, because we were on empty, they arranged to have one of their drivers on his route for Wednesday, stop and make a delivery to our home. It is very much appreciated that they went above and beyond to make sure we didn't run out of oil. Thank you so much. I will recommend you to everyone I know, simply because you understand good customer service. Thank you again for all your help.”
