The pharmacy is hands down the worst. They must only hire the rudest people. Also, Walgreens charges the highest rate for prescriptions, go to Hannaford for better prices.Inhaler @ Walgreens: $150.00Inhaler @ Hannaford: $50.00

4+ years ago, very good. Has gradually declined. Feel like that frog in the boiling water thing cause it took me so long to finally say enough is enough. Currently the techs try, but the system is a mess. Prescriptions are either not there, or they say it is a PA issue or insurance issue regularly - after checking, it never is. Even gave me old prescriptions several times, current prescriptions show ready regularly on their website but when I go in the staff have nothing for me and no clue what the issue is other than to say the same old thing - see above or call corporate. Life is too short to hang my hopes on Corporate fixes. Short staffing is a constant issue. I would feel bad for them if I was not so bothered about the gaps in medication that I am constantly dealing with due to the Walgreens way.

Wasn’t told I was receiving 3 bottles of the same exact nasal spray that costs $58 a bottle when i only needed one. I am sick stuck at home and had someone pick up my prescription for me and they weren’t told they were receiving 3 bottles. I called to see if I could bring them back and get my refund and was told there was nothing they can do. Will be switching pharmacies now.

Creepy guy works front register. Heavy set, every time a woman I know goes there they have something to say about how he creeped them out.Pharmacy seems like everyone there is ready to die, never once seen a smile.The ladies in the front of store however are great!

Called Brewer Walgreens, My prescription ready. Surgery on neck 1/24/23 On hold hour and 38 minutes. get to the store Pharmacy closed it is too cold out. Brewer made a mistake when the filled the first script. insurance would not let them refill it. Brewer only Pharmacy that can straighten itout. I went to Broadway. they can not fix brewers mistake. Broadways Pharmacy was warm enough for pharmacist to come to work. It was warm enough for everyone else to come into work at Walgreen. just not warm enough for the Pharmacist.. You can buy greeting cards, mascara, valentines candy. But not the Meds that Walgreens called to tell you was ready to be picked up. Yu would thigk that the size of Walgreens when they can see the error Another store should be able to fix it. NOPE LET THE PATIEN SUFFER THE WEEKEND THROUGH THE PAIN. On a good note the manager of brfewer Walgreens did say we are sorry. that was right up there with suck it up buttercup.

I like my local Walgreens because they know me and know most of the needs for my.medicine. the ine big draw back is it takes forever for them to full a prescription. Waiting hours from the time the pharmacy opens to fill 30 pills is really unexceptable but I do stay for the personal reasons. Walgreens in Brewer was much quicker. I have been considering leaving greens for a quicker service. I live out of town and when I am td a specific time, I pay for gasoline then told another other is not a good practice. Needs improvement on the time of services rendered.
