My appointment for my second Covid shot was at 10:15, I was there at 10:05 to check-in. Several people in front of me and a long line behind due to the length of time it was taking to check each person in. They need to streamline the process and train people appropriately on the registration process. I received my Covid shot at 10:50. Also, the room where the shots occur could be nearer and less disorganized looking.

Waited 15 mins in drive thru to drop off prescription before anyone acknowledged my existence. SLOW & Couldn't care less about their customers! I need a new pharmacy! This place is pathetic.

I have not had any issues filling prescriptions and I like the text refill system that they use. I was switched to walgreens from Rite Aid and it's been easier to refill prescriptions. However, I don't always get the full reason from their system if a prescription is declined and it can take time to find out what has gone wrong or what's needed.

I don't typically take the time to do this but felt compelled to. My meds couldn't be filled at my usual location so it was sent to the Brewer pharmacy at 1:00 pm. Went to get it at 4:00 and they said it wasn't ready and that they had "over a hundred others to fill" but would be done by 7:00. Went back at 7:15 and they said to come back in ten minutes. Came back and said they couldn't fill it because my original pharmacy had done so (which they hadn't) For a company that has been around this long I just don't understand the incompetence. For myself, I would travel well out of my way before I would do business with the Brewer Walgreen's pharmacy again.

You just lost a longtime customer today due to your poor decision of selling Narcan without a prescription. You just made a huge drug problem in our area even bigger. Good job. NOT!!!!

As a longtime customer, who was more than happy with their services for years, I have to conclude that meeting the customers needs are not a priority by the management at this location. I frequent the store every two or three days, year-round. I purchase ciagarettes, milk, soda, snacks, Brewer official garbage bags, toys and other items on special, VERY REGULARLY. I found out over two weeks ago, they had not received my brand of cigarettes in the latest shipment. Not a huge deal, grab them somewhere else and continue shopping there for the other household essentials and novelties. When brought to a managers attention, a sharply dressed and authoritative bearded young professional named Jordan Trask, I was assured that my particular brand would be in within three days of that encounter. That was almost two weeks ago!!! I instituted my own three strike policy, and after tonight, YOU'RE OUT!!! Tore up my rewards card and discarded it before venturing across the street to RiteAid. Pleasantly, they had my brand and assured me they would not be without them for any longer than three days at a time. Your empty promises gave the competition the $3800-4500 per year that was a guarantee. I will say that it comes as a personal dissatisfaction, as I have come to enjoy most of the associates at the store, but management has failed them, the store, and me for the last time.

I am relatively new customer to Walgreen's and I couldn't be happier with my experience. When I enter the store, I was actually greeted by an employee who actually seemed to be glad to see me come into the store. I primarily use the pharmacy services and I can't say enough about what a great experience it is. They have taken care of everything to get my prescriptions from my old pharmacy and/or my Doc's office as needed. When I first walked in to the store, I was in my own little world and the person working up front actually startled me with a welcome to Walgreen's. As I walked to the back where the pharmacy is, I passed another employee who startled me again when he said, "Thank you for shopping with us at Walgreen's, can I help you find anything today" and I couldn't believe it. I've been in customer service all my life and I've never been into a retail store that truly made me feel like they were happy I was in the store. It was and continues to be a fantastic experience dealing with the Brewer Walgreens. If you want to feel good you should try this store. Just remember they will startle you with great customer service, a greeting and people on the floor who are actually happy to help you if you need it. I have never been motivated to write a review before. The customer service is so extraordinary I had to write this one!
