First time ever experiencing a drive-in theater and we went to see Hocus Pocus this past weekend. It was a little confusing to purchase tickets on Eventbrite and I inadvertently purchased tickets to the Friday show instead of Saturday night which is what I wanted to attend. The owner was VERY accommodating and said it wasn't a problem as the theater wasn't sold out (likely due to the rain all day). He showed us how to set up our car to not have the lights on during the movie. You turn your radio to a specific station depending on the screen you're watching and it was a cool experience. The snack shack is the best! Bucket of buttered popcorn, two boxes of candy (Buncha Crunch and Junior Mints) and a bottled water was $15.50. The server was very kind.Bathrooms are VERY clean which is a great bonus. Biggest thing to remember is it's CASH ONLY. Following the Facebook page is very helpful as it provides all the information needed to attend along with the menu for that night. All in all, a great experience!!

Very fun, take the first or second row. It's hard to see. The dark scenes are hard to see from far away.

Great to experience a drive in as there aren’t many left. This place was very nice. A snack stand on the lot. Summer night, not a lot of bugs. Had a great time watching Barbie with the family.

I truly cannot envision how some of the 1 star reviews happened here. Despite my prior research about how to keep my car lights off, I still managed to drain my car battery to death. The owner was very kind and asked more than reasonable questions about how I found myself in that situation, and helped problem solve it. With no hesitation, he brought his battery charge pack to help jump my Jeep, and when that didn't work offered to bring his own truck over. I now know that if I get there and my battery is at 12.4 volts, that just 11.6 volts is enough to not start my renegade, and that it took two battery charger packs to jump me. We will probably bring a radio next time to avoid that. The owner truly went above and beyond to help us and we had a great conversation about how the film industry works in both traditional movie theaters and in drive ins. I can only imagine the amount of entitlement or misdirected anger someone must come at this man to cause any of these negative reviews. Thank you again. We can't wait to be back.

I've been to this establishment more times than I can count. "The guy at the gate" has been nothing but kind, courteous, and informative every time I am there. I absolutely love supporting this business, and even now as I live an hour away still plan to visit for the season.Prices are fair, especially for two movies. Concession stand is also fairly priced. Bathrooms are always clean.I went one night to watch a horror movie, and thick fog rolled out making it impossible to see the movie. "The guy at the gate" came around and gave everyone a voucher so we could get in for free, another time. They don't make businesses like this anymore, truly. I love going here. Always have, always will. I hope to see the Bridgton drive in around for many many years to come!

Worst experience of my life. The owner was horrible to me, yelling at me due to lights accidentally coming on (door opened & lights came on they go off by themself after a few minutes). I was alone a single woman and he was in my face yelling at me and telling me he was going to call the police. When I got yelling at him he said I was disturbing the movie but he had been yelling at me first. All of this took place during opening credits. He had me in tears, and so upset. If I had been with a male I know for a fact he wont have treated me like that. Will never go again. He never offered to help assist me with the lights just gave me attitude. He shouted at me to pop my hood but never said why just kept yelling pop your hood. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

It seems the drive-in has new exhaustosexual neighbors. Truck engines revving through the movie was a bit distracting. No fault of the drive-in, but an annoyance nonetheless

I grew up in Boston, and in 1969 my dad decided to build our family a lake house (aka "camp" as Mainers call them) in Cape Monday Cove on Long Lake. Lived every day of the summer (and many winter weekends) there for 10 years as a kid. Saw countless movies here during my childhood, and it really does my heart good to see that it has survived. Haven't been back there in about 15 years, but I am taking my wife and daughters to Long Lake for summer vacation this year, and can't wait to revisit this place with them!

We have been a few times and each experience is always a five star one. Great greeting from the man at the front gate. Very helpful and doesn't make you feel rushed. Staff at the food/drink counter are always friendly. Bathroom is available!

First time here. Very nice place. Perfect evening to watch polar express out side. Bathroom was modern and spotless. It was the last night of the season but would definitely go back.

The place is in great condition. The bathroom is very clean! No trash or other debris around. There is even a designated smoking area. I can say the only thing I would change is another bathroom at screen 2. Its quite a walk from your car. Everything else was great.

Always have loved coming here. Got seriously harassed by the guy running the place last time even as I was trying very hard to do everything he asked with my taillights. Very confusing. But hey. Still a great spot!

The only way to listen to the audio is to listen on your car radio. This creates several problems like your battery dying during a 2 hour movie and not being able to charge your car because they yell at you if ANY lights come on. They need to have an app so you can listen on your phone- really simple!!!

Two nights ago, the man at the front gate was disrespectful to everyone. When trying to leave the movie, he blocked us off and said horrible things to us, but we left because my 11 year old daughter was scared of the movie, it was past her bed time and we were ready to leave. He scolded us on our movie choice and said that we would not be refunded, but in reality we did not even ask for our money back. He yelled at me and my husband, about the said “refund” but we didn’t want our money back, we just wanted to go home. I’m so horrified they would let this crazy man work and talk to the people coming and going. After reading these reviews, clearly other people have had similar interactions with the owner and his lunacy.

So much fun! Excellent experience. Instructions were given upon entering. The gentleman was very patient and thorough with the instructions.
