The entire staff was great, including Travis, Doug and Joe. Now is a tough time to buy a new car, but theses guys were wonderful, keeping me informed all the way, no surprises at end. I ended up with a fantastic 2022 Grand Cherokee, even a little cheaper than I expected. I look forward to Macdonalds taking care of me and my Jeep for as long as I own it.Came back for first service and it was great! on time on budget and very courteous service.Came back for inspection with Bob and service still great!Two follow up appts were fantastic as well. Great service!

Great service, efficient repair They did exactly what they said they'd do in the time they said they'd do it! Rare to find that with automotive service these days. Bob was easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

About a month ago, my 2018 Pacifica suddenly had electrical issues. The dealer where I bought the car did not return phone calls, so I tried MacDonald Motors. Despite never having heard of me prior to this, they immediately agreed to take the car.Although the repair took a while (backordered part), they kept me informed thoughout about what was happening via email, texts, and phone calls.If I ever need service again, MacDonald Motors is definitely where I will go.

My appointment was on a Friday at 8am, I went in and ordered my tires on the Monday before. But later found out they were not ordered till Wednesday. The tires did not come in till Friday at 9:30am and was never told that it’s is going to take longer than I was initially told. I was never called to be told that there was any problem, I called at 11 to ask for an update and till then I was told there was a problem. I had to be at work at 12:30 witch meant I had to leave at 12. The truck was not ready until 12:20. This caused me to be late for work.

"If I could give the scores I wanted to this place, it would be a 0. Horrible service, full of lies and attempts to extort you. I bought the car there, and the car came with defects right from the start. They even lied, saying there was a 1-month warranty. When I went back, they wanted me to pay, and they lied again, saying it was a warranty for something else, not my car. Do they think customers are fools or what? I went through things at this place that I wouldn't even have time to mention. I chose to go to my car's manufacturer to get it fixed rather than continue in a place like that. I don't know if I should consider the people working there as humans or animals. The treatment I received there was awful; they were treating me very poorly. I concluded that they are racist. If you are a Black person, or of African descent in general, I highly recommend not going there; I recommend going to another company that deserves your business."

"They are truly bad people, the worst type of company that conducts business I've ever encountered in my entire life. If you love your car and your sanity, you shouldn't get involved with this company. They are racist and treated me very poorly. They say one thing and then lie, saying something nonsensical to extort you. I swear, if I hadn't resolved the problem they created, I would have called the police, and things would have gotten much more serious than they already were! I don't recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy deserves to go through what I went through with this company. Not to mention, they do a very poor job repairing the car with a plan to make you come back and pay more when you shouldn't! Let the truth be told."

My family and I were towing a trailer for our first time up to NH from RI. We learned by the time we got here that what we were towing with wasn’t exactly “suitable”. Sure it could do it but our comfort level with it wasn’t “suitable” we did some online research and ended up at macdonald motors. We got There at 10:30 am and instantly felt welcome. Tom the manager and Travis our sales man were awesome. We drove out in our new ram 1500 by 2pm. Great service and great prices. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Frank!

Working with Rick and Tom was a pleasure. They nearly bent over backwards to make sure I left happy and in the vehicle I wanted. Not many dealerships left out there that will actually work out a deal with the customer rather than just take it or leave it. I certainly appreciate that they treat people fairly.

Service team at MacDonalds Motors were great. Had problems with Jeep Patriot starting but diagnostic showed no codes. Had corroded battery cable so they cleaned that did an oil change and an overall checkup. No problems since. Definitely will use their services again.

The team at MacDonald motors really helped us out when we were vacationing in Bridgton. Even though they were fully booked, they quickly repaired my vehicle so my family and I could continue enjoying all Maine has to offer! The service manager Colby was outstanding and extremely helpful!

I can't say enough good things about these people we had an issue with our vehicle while we were up there on vacation we were able to get the parts and they were able to fit me in in an emergency basis to get our vehicle back on the road and send us back to Pennsylvania their technicians were top notch friendly and their service advisors were awesome thank you very much for getting us back on the road again.

Big thank you to Bob on the Service team at Macdonald motors! I was travel thru Maine with a new Jeep Wagoneer (3,000 miles on odometer) and the vehicle suffered a critical electronic malfunction rendering it with minimal drivability functions. I called several area Jeep Dealers, their Service Dept… said no appointments available for a 3-4 weeks. When I explained to Bob I was 1,300 miles from my home he worked the vehicle in immediately and service tech’s were able to diagnose issues, then contacted Jeep Corp. for consultation for the required replace parts and installed parts. They had me up and running in days and even cleaned the car when I picked it up. All this while being many miles from my home, I couldn’t ask for a better A+ service team.
