I ran out of fuel over the winter on freezing cold days. Every company I called told me they could not deliver because I was not a customer and My company CN brown told me it would be a few weeks with a nasty attitude. Pitstop heard me out and the next day they filled my tank. They now have a new customer. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and helpful.I read the bad review on google and I did not have that experience at all. I unfortunately think that they may have had a bad attitude calling in which triggered a negative response. A lot of customers seem to think they can act however they want and the person on the other side has to be pleasant, this is not the case.Thank you Pitstop, I am extremely grateful for your services!
