Bank drained my account with $5 a month inactivity fees. So much for the value of having a local bank. This is just sleazy. Like it’s costing them money to hold my money and lend it out to others.I was signed up for digital notices and the only “notice” I got was a generic email saying “eDocuments from Atlantic Federal Credit Union are Available” not “We’re stealing $5/mo from your account while you’re not looking.” Fees like this are essentially a tax by banks on the average joe. So frustrating.

Really wish they had 24 hour debit card customer service for the occasion a card is possible hacked days before taxes are due and one is left in limbo wondering if their account is compromised

Feeling a tiny bit gloomy and blah this morning after a sub-par night of sleep, I went through the drive-thru to make a deposit. Brigham's bright and cheery voice greeted me through the intercom with a happy, "good morning" and instantly lifted my spirits. That type of cheerfulness is always infectious and appreciated.

I usually have good service but when theres only one person working drive through every single day even though they have 2 lanes it gets ridiculous. Long waits every time. Ans im not impressed since we pulled up to the second lanes tube before there was a person even at the first lane tube and they still went to help her first even though we were sitting here first for about a minute .

There are those that can walk onto any random dealership lot and say (with no great enthusiasm): "I'll take the blue one", then call their bank or credit union and have them write it up; that's not us. After much soul-searching regarding a realistic new car choice - our first - it was time to confront the financing. We reached out to our primary institution: Atlantic FCU and were introduced to our auto finance representative: Moriah. Moriah went out of her way to offer different loan and budget scenarios for the purchase of our new vehicle (and the payoff of our trade). She maintained high email availability for vehicle and pricing Q&A, and when it came time for our final choice, she assisted with efficient service and smooth and clear communication - all from the privacy of our home! Moriah paved the way to our purchasing a vehicle that we desired (rather than having to 'settle' with simply a logical and smart purchase), and did so within the budget we had allotted. I highly recommend Atlantic FCU be added to your finance search list; be sure communicate with them and see what they can do for you - they really worked hard for us! They are one of the hardest banks to get loans from make over 60k a year and have great credit but somehow can't have a 5k loan pretty stupid of a place to not allow credit to be built at a credit union

SERIOUSLY... The best banking partner I have ever had. I recently moved accounts and had a laundry list of things I needed... overall, a bank that makes my life easier, not harder. Atlantic FCU over-delivers on everything. The on-line platform allows me to see at a glance every account I have... makes transferring simple. The Customer Service is amazing. If there's anything more to ask for, I can't think of it.

This new electronic system is definitely not user friendly. The other system was much easier to use. A lot of flaws that need to be addressed.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Pedestrian parking is inconvenient and awkward to enter the main entrance. You have to cross the drive through.

I have spent the last 2.5 hours attempting to reach them over the phone. After spending 38 minutes on hold. the call back function does not seem to be working. I am disappointed with the lack of capacity / lack of service for its car holders.

I visited this credit union yesterday and found other customers well spaced and masked as were all emoyees. I was warmly greeted by the teller (we need to find a more adequate name for the knowlegeable people who help customers with their banking issues) and my particular issues were dealt with in a friendly and eficient manner. The gentleman was so helpful that I had no concerns that my transactions were complete with virtually no effort on my part. Highly recommend this banking institution.

I love this credit union! The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful and available. I have never had trouble with anything that couldn't be fixed within a day. The interest incentives they have are amazing and I've made a lot of money. This is where I set up my first independent account, and I am so glad I did!!!
