This is to thank all the doctors, nurses and CNA's that cared for me on Friday and Saturday during my stay. The ED staff was amazing. Med Surge South too great care of me also.

Thank you to all the wonderful maternity nurses at Midcoast for being so wonderful with my son and I! They all took great care of us! This was my second delivery with them and I couldn’t have been happier both times! The midwives still midcoast are also incredible! Every single one of them! They take their time with you at every appointment and you never feel rushed. You always feel like your talking to a friend

I have always been pleased with the service here. My husband and I both have had procedures done here, and been treated in the E.R. The staff was kind, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Our son was born here 10 days ago and it was a wonderful experience. We were patients of the midwifery office and highly recommend them all as well. The nurses and staff were fantastic during our stay. We can't say it enough. Thank you all!

Their billing department is pretty insensitive and doesn't seem to understand sometimes life happens. They won't work with me on a payment plan because I was under the impression it would be x amount monthly, and since I didn't receive statements in the mail I wasn't aware that I needed to call and verbally give my ok every month. They left me a voicemail and I called back a few days later and was basically told it's too late to do anything. I'm totally fine accepting that maybe I misunderstood but they won't work with me on it and they don't seem to have a heart or understanding. Guess I'll drive the extra mileage to Maine Med next time I need an ER.

We recently had to take our daughter to the ER - and was so pleased with how quickly we got into a room, how promptly she received care, and how wonderful the staff was during our time there. Just a few days later, she had outpatient surgery. Our nurses were fantastic through every step of the process - prep, in surgery, recovery, and post surgery... exceptional nurses! This was our first experience overall with Midcoast as we're fairly new to the area - and suffice it to say that we are very pleased!

I had the worst experience last night being in the er! I wouldn't recommend midcoast er to a fly, I was there for four hours only to be given indigestion meds which never worked, I was in extreme pain. I was never assigned a nurse but the three people next to me on beds were and checked on very frequently I saw a nurse once and that was it she gave me the indigestion meds and said see if those work well an hour later they never worked and no one ever came back to check to see

GREAT local bank, with terrific service. We transferred all our personal and business accounts to BSI, after some miserable experiences with one of the "big" banks in the area. Friendly, personable staff that know us by name, and act proactively on our behalf. We had a fraud attempt on a business debit card, and were alerted within hours the same day. BSI's diligence saved us time and money, and they continue to do so on a daily basis. 'Nuff said. TIP: "Like" them on Facebook, and you could win $50 in their Neighbor to Neighbor promotion.
