Why do you make it so difficult to talk with a real person? My experience with your robotic customer service is to expect frustration & ending your call with no answer at all. What a joke!

Attempted to report a tree down accross comcast cable. Could not get through by phone, text, email. zero service

Worst experience ever. Could not get through to a live agent to simply provide my new address for a refund owed to me. Only $27.73. Not worth dealing with robots that can answer my questions.
