The worst cvs Pharmacy I could ever step into. Rudest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. Go to osco

I'm a retired pharmacist and dentist and a super senior making me more than qualified to appreciate dedicated worker. Valerie, manager, is a winner; she smiles which is rare today and takes time to make CVS rewards work. ?

I tried to get a vaccine here and when I went to my appointment the lady was SO RUDE. Never coming back here again.

I needed to transfer my prescriptions from another CVS in Maine to this one. The pharmacist at the Brunswick, Bath Rd CVS, said there was no way to do that from the Brunswick location. I'd have to wait until each med had to be refilled and then I could text and transfer. I asked about delivery and she said there was no same day delivery. I wasn't asking for that, and then she was unwilling to answer any more questions. I knew none of that was true because I have done it all before, and I refuse to argue with people like her. We drove to the Bath ME CVS and the pharmacist there helped us out beautifully. Bath CVS transferred all my scripts to the Brunswick CVS and set up mail delivery. What Is wrong with the pharmacist there? Seems she has a lot of bad days.... :/ I don't want to have to set foot in the Brunswick CVS again.

Lazy pharmacy workers, refuse to answer the phone. This place is never that busy, yet they fail to preform normal duties. I have watched them standing around doing nothing, repeatedly.

Not a real store. Nobody actually works there so half the stuff is not for sale, and when the self checkout breaks you have to decide whether it's important enough to steal...

Tremendously understaffed. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes today. The same problem yesterday. (Though I spoke with a kind person who told me to call back today..) I am not making any progress.. So frustrating!

Just sat on old for well over 10 minutes trying to reach the pharmacy while being terrorized over and over again with their solicitation for the flu shot.

The CVS at Cooks Corner always has just one employee on the register! There's a long wait to check out and if they're tied up with somebody getting a passport photo you're out of luck.

The pharmacy is slower than death. Even with dire needs, like antibiotics that I've been waiting on for days. I go in, still not ready & I'm told "since we close in 13 mins, it'll probably be tomorrow" AGAIN! Meanwhile, there's about 10 people behind me waiting & another 10 or more getting prioritized for vaccines...by the only pharmacist. Vaccines must make them a lot of money for them to drop everything. Super inefficient. A couple of very sweet employees, though, I feel bad that they're continuously drowning in irate customers.

There is no regular staff only a floating person and an untrained pharmacy cash-out person. Certainly no one is answering the phones. Prescriptions are not being filled on time and my prescriptions were placed on "Hold"? After more than three trips to purchase a prescription I needed all to no avail. In fact, the staff acted insulted. No one gives you a straight answer nor does it seem that anyone actually knows what they are doing. I moved all my prescriptions to another company.

How do you spell gross inefficiency? CVS Brunswick Maine. Made online vaccine appointment for 2:15. Arrived at 2. Received vaccine at 3:20. The absence of any sense of urgency is astounding. Pharmacist complaining about how busy he is and that he hasn't had any break since 7am. "Not even a bathroom break. Know what I mean?" Miserable experience to put it mildly.

Only because zero stars isn't an option. The worst experience ever. Two of us set up vaccine appointments on the CVS website for a 2:15. Arrived at 2. We were fifth and sixth in line. In speaking with others in line we learned multiple people had signed up for the same 2:15 time slot. Bad move CVS. At 3:20 the pharmacist finally began to address the 2:15 appointment. He moaned and groaned about how he had been working without a break since 7 AM without even having a "bathroom break. You know what I mean?" He constantly left the vaccine station to address other customers in the pharmacy. It took two of us 40 minutes to finally be vaccinated. They are seriously understaffed, grossly inefficient, and lack any sense of urgency. All in all it was a miserable experience and we would NEVER go there again. Oh, and unlike the others behind the pharmacy counter, the pharmacist did NOT wear a mask.

Literally the worst pharmacy. Short staffed (probably because CVS is underpaying them, so let's not blame the pharmacists themselves). Waited for an hour only to be overcharged. There is an Osco *literally next door*. Move your prescriptions and go there.

Pharmcy is very slow, I have been 3 weeks to get a prescription for my infant baby and is still not ready, very bad customer service, they are running behind, I would like to complain to supervisor about the service and quality because people need their medications, they never answer any phone call because they have 1 staff and all medications are not ready, the worse pharmcy ever
