I need a copy of my 2021 tax return that I filed in person, and they have not answered their phone once. I left a voicemail, no call back. Do not tell me to call the 800 number as it is impossible to speak with a person, and it just directs me to do everything online. I already set up an account and there is no way to access my tax return.

My previous tax returns were misfiled by the Brunswick, ME office. I had 0 communication with my assigned Tax Pro leaving me concerned my taxes wouldn’t be submitted on time. I had to call another office for support. The website for payment didn’t work when the return was actually complete.
