Had scheduled a 9:00 appointment for today. Drove over an hour. Got there at 8:30. Left after 9:30 a.m. after no one was there still. Fantastic business model to make appointments and not be there.

I had such a bad experience at this place. They charged me a much higher price than quoted the day before taking in my vehicle to install an automatic starter system.This is my first and last time doing business with them . I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone

Jam audio is the best place to get your tint done .. I have given them 3 vehicles to tint and they have done excellent job.. intact I had my gold jewelry stocked in a place I have never thought I will be able to get it out but he was also able to get it out for me .. trust me they are reliable and have quality product and standard.. you guys keep the good work up

Had a little issue with the Prius radio install. Chris did some research to figure out what needed to be done and went to work. Never made me feel wrong for asking for a resolution. Prius are a different beast and stuff happens. Good to know they went the extra mile.
