I needed to get my elderly mother's wedding rings cut off and I could not have had a better experience. My mother has dementia and was very nervous and apprehensive at first, but they were so kind and accommodating that she immediately relaxed and they were able to get the rings off quickly and with minimal stress. Very thankful!

We have the best local jewelry store. I am not a big jewelry wearer but we have had a few repairs and a few purchases there and everyone goes out of their way to be creative and helpful. Best recent example: my father-in-law passed away leaving a watch that we wanted to give his grandson who was visiting for only a few days. Keith Field's owner took time out of his vacation preparations to change the battery and set the time and date, and it sure looked like he polished it up for us, all at the same cost for changing another battery 2 years ago. We could not be happier and neither could my father-in-law's namesake upon receiving such a special gift.

Rude customer service by the gentleman who works here. I would not recommend this place based on his attitude alone.

The proprietor has been inconsiderate on multiple occasions. His rude and derogatory demeanor is consistently on display. If you are lucky then you won’t have to interact with him. He is better off staying in the back and allowing his staff to be the face of the business.

My wife and I recently decided we wanted to update our wedding rings to coincide with our anniversary. We wanted to find a place where we could not only purchase nice rings, but also sell some family rings to put towards the purchase. Keith Field ended up being the perfect place where we were able to accomplish both things! The staff there were kind, knowledgeable and it felt really good to support a local business. If we ever need jewelry or are asked for suggestions, we would definitely recommend Keith Field!

Wonderful jewlery store in downtown Brunswick, my family has been coming here for many years. Its family owned and run and this gives you a nice feeling when you visit. There are unique pieces that Keith has created as well as traditional styles as well. Recently I went in after receiving an invitation to one of his events for the holiday season. I purchased a pair of Tahitian pearl earrings which are so beautifully made and round.

We're very big fans of Keith Field in our house. Top notch service from a knowledgeable, local jeweler. Hannah helped us swap out my wife's wedding and engagement bands for platinum. She had great recommendations and was a pleasure to work with. Keith & Andrew helped my son buy his first Benchmade knife. (I say "first" because I suspect he'll be back after he earns more money this summer.) Happy to recommend the team at Keith Field and looking forward to doing business with them again soon!
