“When I walked into the Brunswick store it was crazy busy with a 45 minute wait but every employee in the store remained helpful and cheerful. My experience with Greg was awesome, he was knowledgeable, quick and very pleasant. I appreciated how cool, calm, collected, and friendly the entire staff remained when they were clearly in the weeds with no end in site and a few grumpy customers in the mix. We need to see more customers service reps like this! Great jobs guys!”
