5 stars 100%. I absolutely love shopping at this store. And their employees are wonderful. My pup got sick from a new treat, which they immediately removed from the floor. But what really got me, was the fact that they called me to see how my girl was doing, making sure she was OK. Never have I had that experience with a pet store before. They are just absolutely wonderful, and showed how much they care when they called me. I shop here all the time, and will continue to shop there. Thank you to the employees and store manager for caring and calling to check in. Skye says thank you for the new toy, and she loves it!

Friendly knowledge staff assisted me with a dog coat. Store was neat, clean and organized which made my shopping a breeze.

This is the prefered pet store in the area for my family. They treat customers well and actually care about the wellbeing of their fish which is extremely important to me.

This place is absolutely filthy! If I wasn't visiting from another state, I would've left and gone somewhere else! The floors and the dog benches were covered with more than one dog, hair. She didn't try to calm or sooth Gibbs while he was getting his nails trimmed. When I went out to shop, I'm training my guy to be a service dog, and so I had his leash on the floor. He was sitting right next to me as i was talking to a couple, and the Mgr came up to me and handed me the leash. I explained what we were doing, and she still insisted. This is not ok when I'm in a pet store... trying to train my service dog.. it wasn't busy and he's all of 6lbs.

The groomers have 3 lengths of blades at their disposal. If YOU DONT WANT YOUR DOG SHAVED then don’t take them there. In order to charge a low price, and fit into a set time slot, they only shave, no scissor cutting like a normal groomer. I doubt they’d know what to do with scissors anyway. Their most experienced groomer can only … and only wants to, just shave your dog, the fastest and easiest. Basically dog washers … here not real groomers

Store is clean, and organized. Everytime I go in, they have what I need. If I need help, an employee is not hard to find. The exact opposite of petco. It's worth the drive from sabattus
