The place is located just off the main drag in Cooks Corner, which is nice as you don't have to deal with fast moving traffic while pulling in or out of the facility. I waited a bit to get in but it wasn't too long. I followed their directions, got to the right spot, killed the engine, popped the hood and off they went. I don't recall the guy's name but he approached the car and made some nice compliments and got my information. After a bit they told me that the plastic cover over my oil pan was loose and they had to secure it with a couple of wire ties. This was actually great because, while driving, I would occasionally hear something banging, but I couldn't figure out what it was, but it has stopped since they fixed the loose plastic...no charge...and I certainly appreciate the extra attention. The oil change went as expected and I was in and out in quick fashion. I am always very impressed with the great service I get at Prompto at Cooks Corner in Brunswick. Today I am taking my daughter-in-laws car in for an oil change and I expect it will go smoothly as usual. Great place, nice people, super service, well worth the price, which is very reasonable, even for the synthetic oil service.

I've been here several times. I've never waited long even when they're super busy. The crew is all friendly, polite and professional. The manager in particular is always positive.

I'll never change my own oil again. The team is so fast, knowledgeable and kind. Tristan was speedy and the manager (didn't catch his name but his initials on my paperwork are JJ) is a sweetheart. Can't believe how cheap it was too

Jordan was fabulous....he was kind ...helped me with all my truck issues...all the other guys were very friendly..they all worked great together...will be changing from South Portland VIP to Prompto in Brunswick for all the business can do for my vehicle ???

I brought 3 cars in today because they were so professional and friendly. I especially liked Jordan who went to extra mile to teach someone how to handle an old sports car and told me about a problem. For my third car, he had to get me a special oil and was fast and efficient. The lines were short and I highly recommend them.

Easy and quick, not a bad price either! Staff seems knowledgeable and polite, asking clear questions and giving clear answers. But yeah, the price beats laying on the ground under my car and still having to dispose of used oil.

I see someone from promto decided to give a rebuttal my review what they posted was straight up lies, I guess I should expect nothing less from these scum bags. I did not take the truck to other oil change places, my 2014 truck has 50,000 miles ya I don't drive it much so it did not need an oil change till I got it down to Florida and they found the last person to change it strip the plug, they noted the damage so when I got back and called them they told me they were not going to do anything for me. So not only do they provide shit service they will lie to save face. Lets face it you get what you pay for.
