The view from the balcony of the room is amazing and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lobster is delicious, affordable, and delivered directly to the room. Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing. Just top quality sheets here. Also one time we needed to return custom sheets and we could return them with no problem at all. Customer service is also of the highest quality. Big thumbs up!

Perfect cottage with dock for small boats! We brought our Pointer 14 and explored Casco Bay while feasting on local delicacies. Shout out to Cook's and Erica's. The cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet, with beautiful view. It was awesome to have a kitchen for breakfast on the deck. We didn't have a chance to use the grill but we loved the steamed lobster room service. Thank you to the staff. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

We had a terrible time with Jane the owner of Quahog Bay Inn. After reserving a room at the beginning of August and driving 1000 plus miles to get to Maine to stay at the end of September, we find out that Jane has somehow double booked our room and she "just doesn't know how she did that". The ONLY reason we found this out was because we decided to order their lobsters to be delivered to our room. If we hadn't called at 2:00pm on our way to the place we would have arrived with our butter and side dishes with no place to stay. All Jane did was continually say "I'm so sorry but I can't make the people leave they are already here. I can TRY to find you a place to stay". I found a place in a different area for a lot more money. Quahog Bay Inn is in the middle of no where and there was nothing around it. To make matters worse Jane offered us 25% off our next stay through 2018. We don't come to Maine yearly we live in Indiana. At the very least Jane should have given us an open ended gift certificate for a free night in the very same room to be used anytime. What she did was unprofessional to say the least and insulting to us. I planned this vacation for months with activities planned around our stays. She really wrecked a whole day for us. Check out the review from Matthew G below. Looks like Jane hasn't learned anything yet. Wonder how long it will take her to really be a proprietor with some know how. I would avoid this place and never recommend it to anyone. Go to Sebasco Harbor Resort instead lovely place and people.
