I rented a car dolly from uhaul 6 days prior to needing. All confirmed and ready for the morning I needed it.The night before pick up I receive a call that need to drive an hour north to a different location to pick up the dolly that was left up there. I complained stating I was supposed to work after using this, adding 2 hrs in the opposite direction of my drive.I was told by the associate, that is the way it is and when I asked she stated there isn’t one car dolly from Brunswick to wells at any uhaul. How ridiculous?! So I actually called and there was car dollys, she just wanted to use me to pick this one that was left in the wrong place.With gas at $4.30 a gallon, my having to work, and her obvious awful attitude, it was difficult to hold back.I needed to get this done and did so, but when I dropped off the dolly, I’m another location btw 25 minutes away, I was told by that associate (who was such sn awesome person) that this was a lie there was car dollys everywhere and he couldn’t understand why they did that to me.Beware of your confirmation, and they just say you signed to pick up wherever they tell you to go and can change whenever they want to.Terrible company

BEWARE. We were told by a man with an “owner” name tag that we could access the storage unit up until 10pm so we trusted it. We showed up to drop off storage on the only day we had available to do so at 7:30pm and the gate would not open. After waiting on hold for THIRTY MINUTES, we were told by the call center that we would need to talk with roadside assistance. After a ten minute wait on hold again, we were told by roadside assistance that the call center agents were the only ones that could help us. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. DO NOT TRUST OR RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Called for info on renting a truck and trailer to tow one of my vehicles found out I couldn't haul my truck so I then asked about my car and was told I would have to bring it in to prove I owned it I hung up having never been insulted so bad by a business I was trying to rent from I will go out of my way to avoid this place in the future.
