Favorite location - everyone there is consistently pleasant, efficient, and thorough. Prices are fair, and everything I’ve shipped has arrived on time in perfect condition. We’ve also had important documents notarized, processed returns and received excellent advice on packaging, shipping times and pricing. Trustworthy option for all of your business needs!!

I mean I understand they’re literally just shipping packages so it doesn’t take a PHD but this store has the worst possible customer service. They’ll nickel and dime you for every little thing, and sit there and watch you struggle with packages from behind their counter. They won’t print a label, they won’t toss an empty box when it’s not needed, they won’t hold the door for you when your hands are full. They do the most basic form of their job and that’s it. If they ever ask for a raise or complain about getting paid more, they should be fired for even suggesting it. If I’m being honest, they probably don’t even deserve minimum wage because they don’t even attempt customer service which is technically half their job. I’ll use driver pickup and pay the extra fee just so I don’t have to deal with this store in the future.

UPS claims a Amazon purchase was dropped off at a Brunswick Maine UPS store on 4/25/2025 at 1:30PM, and Jesse was the person that received it from their UPS truck. At 4PM on 4/25, they claimed in person at the Brunswick UPS store not to have it. Their system will not allow a customer to get help, no matter what you do, unless it is 60 days old, and their tel # for service refuses to help because their system says Jesse at Brunswick signed for it. Jesse would not help and said maybe the truck driver has it, like that is sufficient to get me to go away so they do not have to do any work to contact Auburn and the driver. Their staff will refuse to help in anyway meaningful. The UPS website and app is designed to refuse to let you access a person, and designed with forethought to hide their employees from any contact. As there are no numbers that will connect to a person, and their server AI is a joke, absolutely refuses to help or even offer a scenario when the UPS store cant find it but their system says they have it. Their help lines will not help, and the manager acted put out to even pull up my tracking number in their system. So I am going to report this to Key Bank and contest the amazon payment to buy my hard drive, the result of severe mismanagement from UPS, and possible theft by UPS employees, and contest the purchase. Absolute poor service, overpaid staff.

Efficient customer service that gets you in & out quickly. Jesse the mgr goes above & beyond: always friendly, knowledgeable, & provided quick solutions. Dustin is also helpful.
Decided to rent a PO box here, as you can call the store & have them package up your mail & send it to you, rather than relying on the post office forwarding. Great service for snowbirds or travelers like me.
They also printed business cards within a day for a last-minute business trip.
