Went to the Verizon store today and was helped by a guy named Maynard. Was super helpful, and made our visit extremely easy. He addressed all of our questions and helped us switch accounts and start a new line. Very friendly!

Went to the Brunswick location a few days ago and the lady with dark curly hair was horrible. She was snippy and nasty and her customer service skills are nonexistent. I can't believe she still has a job. In contrast, I went to the Augusta location a few weeks back and they were GREAT! If you have the option do NOT visit this store.

They changed plans on my internet box because they signed the wrong plan in the first place and said nobody had to be there to do anything. And that was incorrect. The box has to be restarted before anything. Could connect again. Which is fine but we're not in the state

If you need assistance, this is the Verizon store you want to go to. The store is efficiently run with short wait times. The staff is knowledgable, professional and pleasant. I had a particularly technically challenging issue that Ryan Ogden was able to assist me with.

** filled out your contact form from your reply. Still have not received a call back** went in to get a phone issue resolved. nice staff manager she said i was eligible for free upgrade so i reluctantly agreed. computer ended up having issues but i was assured the free upgrade/trade in would be handled. next bill comes it isnt. i call in get verizon corporate. after an hour they said its handled. next bill, charges for a new phone are still there. call in again to corporate, after an hour they say it can only be resolved by going in. i make the hour drive and go in. work with a staff member. he said good to go should be reflected by next bill. it wasnt. now im on the west coast and when i call it cant be resolved and i cant reach a member of the floor sales team to be resolved as the only listed number defaults to corporate. im paying full price for a new phone i was eligible for a free trade in on. would have kept my old phone had i known. could one of you guys please call me???

The Verizon store in Brunswick is not that great. Sometimes they have people who know what they are doing something not. The store in the Topsham fair mall though has always consistently been spot on with helping me and they are very friendly sois Brunswick but that's not enough

Always full and slow service. Some of the employees were newer and just pushed deals onto us that weren't even compatible with our phones/lines. Manager fixed the issue and made it right but I still don't recommend this location unless he's there.

Got treated like s*** when I asked for the manager to my surprise it was the owner that was talking to me like a second class citizen I will never go there!

I got a new phone here and when I purchased it they offered an added charge of 17 dollars a month to cover any damage. I payed the 17 dollars for several months when there was an issue with my charging port they told me it would cost 249 dollars to fix it even with the coverage plan. When I got the plan the guy mentioned nothing about a deductible and specifically said it would cover everything. I have also changes to my monthly bill significantly over what I was told in the store.I went to another repair shop and it turned out to not even be broken and my headphones had been the problem if your planning on going here for a repair just go to gamebox in Brunswick instead.

This is a good store for those of us on Verizon. It can be busy at peak times but the staff do their best to keep up and service everyone. I'm generally impressed with the knowledge of the sales reps and almost always get the problem solved in one visit.

Terribly managed. I think her name was Erica. My phone which I had for 11 months suddenly stopped working. This phone was under warranty. I pre-ordered in August. Received the phone in October. She told me it goes by the purchase date, not the date I actually received it. She told me I had to pay off the broken phone, then buy a new one. I left, called Verizon over the phone and they sent me a new phone, free of charge, as it was under warranty. Apparently you need no customer service skills to manage this place.

Even though we wait a long time, we get great service. So much has changed when purchasing a new phone. IPhone is untouchable. Disappointing.
