Walmart plus works great while you're in your trial period, after they've got your money. Not so much. We've had four deliveries. Two were good. One came three hours late and half was missing. Today's was just cancelled for delivery reasons after telling us for an hour it was on the way and later that it had arrived even including the drivers name. Also if you've paid for Walmart plus they won't return your membership money. So be aware.

Was a very good experience, staff was friendly and helpful, the people who shopped this fine establishment were modern ladies and gentlemen, however, I stayed in the parking lot as my ride went inside and did what he had to do so I imagine it was very pleasant as all walmart "Super Centers" are, Manie so far...kinda up there on the YAWN scale mirror imaging Alabama quite to a T.

I'll be honest here, Google just notified me that I'm in the top 10% of Google reviewers for sporting goods stores, which I find highly improbable. Then it invited me to leave a review of this Walmart in that context, another surprise.I think the only sporting good I've ever bought at walmart in the last 5 years, and I don't even know if it was this one, is a cast iron Dutch oven for cooking in a campfire, but it turns out that they make certain cast iron Dutch ovens specifically for camping that cannot be used in a fire. Upon realizing this subtle but critical distinction, I returned the camping Dutch oven that cannot be used in a fire. So their returns department is excellent, if this is indeed the WalMart where I returned it.

I placed a pick up order at this store for last Thursday for 5pm I called to check in at 5:16 pm sat there for a hour and a half I called to find out if it was going to be much longer for I had no heat in my car and I have cancer so I can't get sick I was told I was 5 more cars ahead and he couldn't tell me if I was going to be another hour or 2 I tried asking to talk to a manager and was told they wasn't talking to ANYONE that night I had to leave without my order cuz I couldn't stand the cold any longer called the main office where the lady was very nice she called this store for us to have a 3 way once again hr told me I could go back and sit there for he didn't know another 2 hours maybe and I said I can't do that with my sickness he said then I'd have to cancel my order I've still not heard from any manager not even I'm sorry this is done right disrespectful obviously they do not care about there customers

Shelves are quite bare. Some things have been out of stock for over a month. Clerks at self check out though are very helpful.

DO NOT go to this Wal-Mart if you need to buy/exchange propane takes. Every other Wal-Mart I've been to has an employee walk out with you once you purchase it. This Wal-Mart makes you wait outside for an employee to meet you. The least amount of time I have waited is 20min and the most is 45+. Frustrating and unacceptable. On top of that when you're sitting outside waiting and try to call the main desk to remind them NO ONE answers the phone. Last time I called the pharmacy for help and a lovely pharmacist named Ryan answered and called management for me. Still took another 15 mins. Frustrating and unacceptable. Shouldn't be that hard to get someone to do their job. If I sound like a Karen, I'm not, but gosh their lack of customer service tried to push me to morph into one. Advice...drive the extra miles to another Walmart if customer service matters to you. I will never go there again.

Empty shelves all over the store. A lady at the self checkout needed help, she was challenged and the lady overseeing the checkout area ignored her pretended to be busy restocking the paperbags. Had the gall to restock the checkout right next to the lady and continued to ignore her. I went over and helped. No customer service

Don't schedule delivery here!!!! I ordered some earbuds on Monday before 5pm, and I scheduled the delivery for Thursday at 10-11pm. Well, after 11pm they delayed my order. I hear that they are short staffed, but they have had plenty of time to plan someone to deliver my order to my door. Shame on you walmart. If you can't deliver at the scheduled time, then stop accepting scheduled deliveries at this location ? 1 star until they fix this issue.

It seemed clean and most workers wearing ..covid masks. I still got stress. Things moved around again, n I just wanted in n bk out ( came out without two things I originally went in for. As the checker isle's were pretty backed up.., n the robot selfie isle's were all full. . I give it 4 because the clothes department workers were very helpful! Very polite and even cheerful seeming in such a down of times for many many people for all sorts of reasons ❤️

We came to the area to see the leaves and realized we were staying in a place that had only a wood burning stove. We stopped in to Walmart to get an electric blanket and it was a huge help. The cashier told us we were the third person that night to get an electric blanket. ???It was a lifesaver!!

Perfect example of how both Walmart and the town of Brunswick are getting less desirable. Almost all self checkouts yet they pay people to watch you in case they want to accuse you of stealing. However you can't pay cash at self checkouts and I assume its because the employees or either too stupid or not to be trusted to add cash for change into the machines. Then if you want to purchase a bag you have to walk back halfway across the store as they keep absolutely no bags anywhere near the check out area. Must be they have trouble with bag thieves!

Worked here from April 2020-February 2021. It seemed good at first, then it got cliche. I left. I ended up going to basic training with the Army. My wife at the time was working there. When I got back home I learned the AP associate had been messing around in my bed with her while I was gone. This is the second time in this Walmart that I’ve first-hand heard of the AP associates sleeping with other associates. Coming from a security background, and having worked AP for Mardens, and knowing Walmarts policy, this is a huge conflict of interest and ethics concern. I tried to bring it up and was told to mind my own business. If this kind of stuff is going on with the people who are supposed to help enforce ethical behavior, what else is going on in Walmart-Brunswick?

Too many self checkouts!! Not enough regular lines for checking out! Mr. Walton would be rolling over in his grave knowing how his stores were being run now adays!!!
