“We always have a great experience at the Bucksport Advance Auto Parts. Travis, who my husband and I jokingly call “The Punisher” because we think he looks like him (and we absolutely mean that as a compliment! 😂) is awesome. Every time we come in, he’s there to help us figure out exactly what we need.
There’s also another gentleman whose name we unfortunately don’t know who has helped us several times and is just as knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There are a couple of other guys working there as well who always seem to be busy getting things done, so we just haven’t had as much interaction with them personally.
Everyone is polite, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to help. It’s really nice having a local auto parts store with employees we know we can count on.
Highly recommend the Bucksport location to anyone in the area needing parts, advice, or pretty much anything vehicle-related. Great crew and great customer service every time! ❤”
