If I could give them -0 stars I would. The employees are very disrespectful, judgemental, and unhelpful. Today, I went in there and the pharmacist told me it wasn't her job to refill my prescription if I don't call my Dr which I did and said they would handle it. I am always nice to them and tell anyone who is working there to have a great day and most usually I get a sigh, the employee walks off. Hospitality goes a long ways. I understand people have bad days, but there is no excuse for the amount of ignorance I get EVERY time I go in there which is about three times a month because my other family members go here for there medicine. Would NEVR recommend them. I would switch pharmacies but I never have the time to travel to Bangor or Ellsworth for medicine. VERY IGNORANT AND I AM SO SICK OF IT. They need to change!!!!

I think their rude and dont fill your scripts when your supposed to get them- telling me im taking more of my meds than i am- i take them exactly like im suppose to- very rude people- go somewhere else

Called the hospital for an emergency supply of my medication because I was at risk of a seizure for going without my meds for so long. No one, not even the hospital said I had to pay almost 30$ for it. I figured my insurance should cover it because it always covers my medication even last minute and I really needed it and they still denied me my medication so screw them

They run to the door to lock it, 5 minutes before they close when they see you walking to the door. Nice to know how you are though about and looked upon. Oh well that's Bucksport at its finest.
