Never want to help. Never respond to someone asking for help when in the building. The postal box i have no matter what will not open. I have to wait until they decide to be bothered to help me get my mail.

There's one specific lady in the office who is just plain rude and they barely ever pick up the phone. One day I was calling for an hour and just gave up. From opening-10 and no one picked up.

Returned packages to sender the day after it was delivered to post office. Sender sent me notification that my package was being held there only to find out they had returned half my shipment to sender.

Everybody that works at the bucksport Maine post office is very nice. From the people behind the counter to people loading the mail at the loading dock to the people out on the delivery route, I've never had a bad interaction. I haven't read any of the negative reviews but I can't imagine what people are complaining about.

This is DESPICABLE!! With shipping already a problem and behind you would think that the Post Office in Bucksport would at least be open until 3-4 to allow for packages to be picked up for Christmas! But NOPE they closed at noon causing a loss of gifts for my children for Christmas! Other offices locally are open until 2/4:45.Absolutely unacceptable and a huge failure !!!!!! I can’t not even believe it!!!!
