We had an issue with the VA sending over a prescription and when we advised the pharmacist here they reached out the VA themselves to explain the problem and kept me updated until they had the script was filled. Super helpful, especially when we were having a stressful day and the meds were time sensitive. Really appreciated the help we got :)

I've been using this pharmacy for several years now and have finally had enough. Between inaccurate and potentially harmful information from both a pharmacist and tech while pregnant to continual issues 95% of the time when trying to get my prescriptions I don't know how they are able to continue operating. Not to mention rude behavior when expressing my frustrations after the latest issue. Terrible customer service, constant issues with prescriptions or not having what is needed, and awful hours....im done.

Not sure how you're getting away with this playing different prices than what you're actually selling for a product went in there to buy something for 5 bucks got to the register and it was 15.00 how do you tack an extra 10 bucks on an item from the display price

I've used them in the past and never had a problem. 2yrs ago I was snapped at and treated bad and since they've been absurdly rude and short-tempered. A few months ago I went in and asked about a medication whether it was otc and was rudely interrupted and snapped at and said they cannot give me any information as a pharmacist was not on duty. All I wanted to know was if it was OTC. Then a couple days ago I went in after my fiance had a tooth removed looking for a specific mouth rinse and asked them if it was over the counter or prescription, and as I walked up she looked at me rolled her eyes and sighed hard and acted like I wasn't there. Then she looked at me annoyed, I asked my question and she sighed hard AGAIN, said it's prescribed. I said ok, thanks and walked away. I've known this woman in the dept for many years and she's never ever been rude. But she obviously has changed her tune. I've been in the aisle across from the pharmacy (1 week ago) grabbing toothpaste and heard how incredibly rude the pharmacy staff is. 2 years ago, after being shutdown and extremely rude to, and waited 3 days for my prescription after they said it was filled and it wasn't, moved on to another pharmacy. I can't get over how rude they are. I was grabbing some first aid on 4/23/24 and an older gentleman was grabbing his prescription and I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW RUDE THEY WERE TO HIM . The turn over is high for pharmacy staff. But a cpl ppl have stayed there and have become above and beyond nasty rude. Front end workers are absolutely fantastic and care about the store!

I will not be going there again. Their hours aren't consistent. You never know from one day to the next if they're open. I needed surgery prep meds, but the pharmacy was closed during regularly posted hours and I had to get my meds elsewhere. I live out of town so trips have to be planned. I called both Thursday and Friday to see if my prescription was available and they were closed with no explanation. You have lost my business Walgreens. I will NEVER AGAIN give you my money.

They can't keep storage as far as meds..the pharmacy is the worst..they can't keep a pharmacist..

Went for an updated Covid shot and staff were incredibly rude. The woman who administered was unprofessional and upfront ignorant. If you’re going to talk trash about an out-of-towner, maybe wait until they’re not standing two feet away from you? If you’re not from the area, do curbside whenever possible. These people are on their own planet. It’s more of a frat house than a pharmacy, definitely an “own kind” sort of atmosphere. Borderline racism in my opinion.

I woke up this morning with a terrible stomach bug. As I drove South from Bar Harbor I was getting much worse and decided to go to Urgent Care in Rockland. I stopped in to get a covid test to rule that out. The young woman stocking shelves could see my dispair, even with my mask on, and after taking me to the test isle, she showed extreme compassion and allowed me use their "employee only restroom" in their stock room when she saw the urgency of my need. Conversely, when my wife came to check on me, the older women up front said I couldn't be in the store as no one was allowed in the back. Both were right. One followed the rules, the other bent them with a compassionate hand. I turned out covid free and I hope the store understands, it's that young woman's attitude, that will bring us back next time.

The Pharmacy Staff are PHENOMENAL. One phone call and first in person visit they remembered our conversation! Extremely helpful getting medications for my entire family. Work with our providers and make sure we're getting the proper pharmaceutical care possible! KUDDOS TO THEM ALL ❤️?
