Had a really great experience here! The whole process was super smooth and Morgan was helpful, kind, patient, and made everything easy to understand as a first time car buyer. Really appreciate how stress-free they made buying my car! Thank you again!

207 motors know how things are done. Great customer service. Buying a car from them was a good and hassle free experience. Some of the major dealers should learn a thing or two from them. Would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.
Thank you,

Took my Audi for an oil change and had a great experience. Service was quick as I could wait in their comfortable lounge area. They used the filter from Audi and used full synthetic. Car is running great and will be going here again for their services!

They had a 20% off sale on air conditioning, and mine stopped working because of a major leak. Because my minivan is so old we had to wait for the parts. It is fixed now and works great!

If they were handing out awards for best acting in a used car salesman, Cameron would win!
“We want you to be happy with this car for a long time to come”-LIES!
“We will work with you if things come up”-LIES
Purchased a car for my son the last week in September of 2024. I explained how worried I was about the safety of the vehicle and making sure that there were no major issues that would leave a young, newly licensed driver on the side of the road. I found this car and I was allowed to have it checked by my own mechanic. He did find some things that needed to be repaired. Cameron agreed to repair half of them. The others, I paid them to repair before the purchase. I left cautious but had confidence in Cameron and his promises of being an honest business owner.
Five days after I drove it off the lot, I had to have it towed back due to a large leak. I was told that the leak was from residual oil and that there was no actual leak. Well since then, it has leaked all over my driveway. Oil level was checked weekly and was always ok. I had it looked at by my mechanic at the end of December and they said that it was not leaking oil. I was always confused why there was no oil leak but so much brownish looking seepage from the car. At the beginning of March, I brought it in for an oil change and asked them to do a full inspection of the car. My son had only put approximately 1400 miles on it, but I was nervous about the leaking. They were able to ascertain that the leak was coming from the front of the transmission. They recommended taking it back to the place that I purchased it or directly to a Subaru repair shop. Because I was confident in Cameron’s commitment to service, I brought it to 207 Motors. I thought they would take into account that we had only purchased the vehicle 5 months prior and that there were only 1400 miles put on the vehicle. I was wrong.
At first I was told that it was just some residual oil on the cross bar/center pan (same story I was told in November), and then I was told that they weren’t sure but in order to determine they needed to take it apart to the tune on $1400 in LABOR alone. They explained it could be a simple seal and wouldn’t cost much more than that labor cost. I had no choice and told them to move forward. Once they began, they reported that I needed a new transmission. This would be $3400. I still owe $9,000 on the car and just eating that entire debt and not fixing the car was not an option.
I explained this situation to Cameron, his reply: “We aren't trying to sell cars with issues in the first year but at the same time how long are we supposed to cover or help with items on a used car?”. How long? I mean we aren’t talking about a windshield wiper, it is the whole transmission…fairly big ticket item! He said the best that he could do was offer an extended warranty on the transmission that they were putting in. He explained it would cost me $600 if I paid for it, but that he would assume that cost. I asked if we could just take that amount off the labor costs. I was told no. I found it interesting to learn that the cars he sells today come with a 6 month warranty, but he could not retroactively extend that same courtesy to me. I actually found a google review from October stating that they received such a warranty on their vehicle, so maybe they pick and choose who they extend this service to. 207 motors is EVERYTHING that is wrong with the used car sales industry. The only good thing I can say about this business is their service manager was understanding and pleasant to work with. Beyond that…..STAY AWAY!!

207 Motors cares about their customers. They are honest , friendly, down to earth group of men. It's rare to find people like that in this business. I won't buy a vehicle from anyone else. They have been so good to me & I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them.

So far I’m really pleased with 207 Motors. I bought a Subaru from them October ‘24 and it has so far been a great vehicle! I worked with Morgan and he made the whole process easy and I felt like I could trust him. The car came with a 6 month warranty- pretty rare for a car that is 15years old! I just brought the car back in yesterday for a check engine light and a few small things and I was due for my first oil change. All of this was free! They did it all very quickly and the service and staff are excellent. Hoping to have many more years with my subie, thanks 207!

I brought my car to 207 Auto Repair after noticing that my coolant temperature gauge was fluctuating erratically. On my first visit, they diagnosed the issue as air pockets in the coolant system and resolved it. They also repaired a flat tire, identifying the problem as an issue with the bead. Their service was prompt, and the staff was courteous, which I appreciated.
However, on a second visit, it became evident that some critical issues had been overlooked the first time. The actual problem with the coolant system turned out to be related to the heater coil hoses, and they also found that my tire was dangerously worn on the inside corner between the sidewall and tread—something that should have been noticed earlier.
While I was ultimately satisfied with the outcome, I do believe their initial lack of diligence costed me more money and could have led to more serious problems if left unaddressed. Based on my experience, I would approach their services with confidence yet verify. They are capable of resolving issues thoroughly, but I would recommend verifying that all potential concerns are fully examined during your visit.

207 motors has always been our go to for our Subarus. We own 3 and take all 3 to get serviced there. They are honest and reliable. Can always fit you in. They won’t tell you you need all these repairs if they don’t need them. Or if you can wait in some and do what needs to be done now. They’re absolutely amazing. We followed them from where their first shop was. We will always be a loyal customer. They will absolutely treat you good there. Without a doubt always recommend 207 motors to everyone.
