As a AAA customer, there has been a few times where I have called and JD’s is the one who always responds. A few times I’ve had my car stuck in my driveway in ice due to heavy snowstorms and sometimes I have locked my keys in the car.. once I had a dead battery and every time JD has always helped! About a week ago I drove myself down to the gas station and discovered I had a very flat tire. The owner of JD’s was there with his wife and children present ( two teenage boys and a girl) right away, the mom asked if I needed help and directed her two boys over to my SUV to help change the flat tire. Her husband (The owner of JD’s) came over and offered his assistance as well. They were so kind and caring to take time out of their day to help me, they would not accept any monetary payment and just asked me to pay it forward. What a beautiful couple! It truly touched my heart to see two honest true hard-working American’s helping out a fellow neighbor - expecting nothing in return! God bless this family. They are wonderful hardworking people who get the job done. Recommended 100%!

Contacted AAA and they sent JAMES out from JDs Auto & Towing to pick up my car in Buxton ME to take it to Bangor ME , James was there at exactly 10am on a Sunday morning with a great attitude, very pleasant experience throughout, the weather was terrible and visibility that morning was so bad that you literally couldn’t see the car in front of you , James got my car home in record time , he knows what he’s doing and is very experienced in the driving , loading and off loading with great care , I am for very greatful for JDs Towing and James ?, well done ,Thanks again

I contacted triple a to get ahold of a company close by and they reached out to this company, triple a took a very long time to get things right, however the company was on the ball right away. Once they got a call from triple A, they sent their closest driver over to assist me. Once the driver got there, he was a pretty nice guy and I talked with him for a minute. When he was lifting my car onto his truck bed, he was being very careful not to damage my front bumper. Overall a pretty good experience, if I need towing asap I would recommend this place

My boyfriend and I had an absolute disaster of a night and our driver Shawn went so far out of his way to salvage it for us. He picked up our call from AAA that was already out of his designated area, worked on our car for over an hour knowing he didn’t have the right parts but trying his best. He called his own personal contacts to see if anyone could lend a hand or drop off supplies before needing to leave to drop off another car. He promised to come back after going to pick up the right tools, but also OFFERED TO DRIVE ME HOME TO MY HOUSE on the way to his drop off in the meantime so that I could let my dogs out so they didn’t have to wait any longer. Who does that?! He’s an absolute angel. He came back with the right tools and got my boyfriend on the road in minutes instead of needing to tow us saving us time, money, and a headache in the morning. If I had been alone on the side of the street this could have been a really scary night and Shawn is exactly the type of person you hope answers your call when something like this happens. 100% recommend JDs Auto and Towing! My car broke down on 35 in Standish. After a couple hours trying to get it going, my husband called up to have it towed home in South Limington. The driver, Shawn got my car home quickly, and was then really patient as we figured out how to pay since we didn't have any cash on hand. Shawn unhooked the car while my husband went to get some cash! Thanks so much guys we really appreciate it!!!

450 dollars to pick up a vehicle that was towed on a weekend!!! That is outrageous I have never heard of $450 it’s a rip off! Search the whole area I had my car towed two weekends ago and it was only $120 not even and that was from Deerfield all the way to Manchester 38 minutes! do not go here unless u wanna be ripped off . Plenty of other tow company’s that are fair ! I can’t even imagine wat there prices are for them fixing a car ! If I could give them a negative star I would! An the lady who owns the places 100% rude ..no customer service ..

I called AAA for a tow on 10/09/21 and they dispatched JDs towing to come help. The Drive that came was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything taken care from the time he got to me to the time he dropped me and my car off. Again awesome driver and a awesome job.

We ran out of gas and called the first person that popped up on Google. He answered quickly and was to us in minutes with enough gas to get us to the station, and was even followed us to the pumps to make sure we made it. Very friendly and would definitely recommend ?

I mean, it wasn't great the cop had our car towed, but this was a great company. Took good care of our car and was really nice the whole time. We appreciate it!

This company flies by my house going 50mph in a 25mph residential zone while my 6 yr old is outside waiting for the bus. When I called them to ask them to slow down on my road he was rude and told me to go call the cops about it. So I did.They don’t care about the people in their own community.
