HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEGRADING PUBLIC POSTS ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWING MECHANIC BEING UPSET FOR ME ASKING THE PUBLICS ADVICE. He posted this comment amongst many others. I would not recommend to anyone. Unprofessional, misleading, and way over the top with pricing! He will also remove your sticker if you disagree with his work!

Was driving by around 8:15am and figured I would swing in and ask if they could do an inspection on my 22 4Runner. Before I could ask to ( make an appointment ) I was bombarded with DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!? I said no I’m just driving by figured I’d see if I could get one and told him I was headed to Scarborough. Then he proceeds to go off on oh you’ll spend this much more in Scarborough if you get one there. Blah blah. Honestly I’d have booked an appointment if he wasn’t so un personable and trying to hard sell me on an inspection sticker. Who cares!? It’s less than $20! Won’t be recommending this guy.

Dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation one evening after work. Realized that I would need it earlier the next morning so I called and asked the mechanic if he could get it taken care of sooner. He gave me an earlier completion time, no problem. He also replaced my out dated inspector sticker, which I never thought about! Great service, professional, and customer oriented. I'm no longer taking my car to the dealership I purchased my car from. You guys are awesome!

Probably Auto is hands-down the best garage in and around ******. The owner, *****, goes above and beyond to do quality work quickly and efficiently. Great shop with fast and affordable service. I had just moved into the area the week before Thanksgiving and had a vibration present in my Toyota truck. I dropped by three shops before these guys and was told the end of December was the nearest appointment. I went in on Thursday and this shop told me they could look at it the following Tuesday. Dropped the truck off and was shocked when I got a call that it was ready 2.5 hours later and was only $250. It was a mid-driveline bearing. Fast, affordable, and responsive. They also have one of the cleanest and most well organized shops I've ever seen. Great place.
