Reynolds Motorsports

Hours: Reynolds Motorsports is a well-regarded powersports dealership that offers a wide range of vehicles, including ATVs, motorcycles, scooters, UTVs, snowmobiles, and generators. They proudly carry top brands like Honda®, Yamaha®, Kawasaki®, Suzuki®, and Can-Am®. Customers appreciate the extensive inventory and the knowledgeable team that helps find the right vehicle for each rider, whether for street riding, off-road adventures, or weekend fun. The dealership serves customers from Lewiston, Brunswick, Portland, Sanford, and even Rochester, New Hampshire. Many reviews highlight the quality of service at Reynolds Motorsports. Customers have praised the staff for being fantastic, helpful, and trustworthy, especially when handling maintenance and repairs. For example, they quickly addressed a generator maintenance issue by removing old gas and checking the equipment thoroughly, ensuring it was ready for the season. Even when working on bikes that aren't typically serviced there, like a minor electrical issue on a Harley-Davidson, the team managed to fix the problem efficiently and at a fair price. However, some reviews mention areas for improvement, particularly in communication. Customers noted delays and inconsistencies in updates about service and parts availability, as well as scheduling challenges. For instance, there were instances of waiting longer than expected for vehicle pickup and miscommunication about bike readiness after recalls. Suggestions like offering loaner vehicles during recall work could enhance the customer experience. Overall, Reynolds Motorsports is seen as a reliable and customer-focused dealership, with a friendly team that provides good products and service, making it a top choice for powersports enthusiasts in the area.
