“On January 12th, VIP ( Calais)worked us in to get an oil change. They also replaced a nut & bolt that had gotten damaged from not being tightened up at last oil change (done elsewhere). They were very helpful and professional. We also appreciated them having a comfortable place to wait - including water, coffee, and a bathroom. Thank you Calais VIP!
